Order Hugo boss T-shirt and and a poor quality copy completley different to what I order and it wasn’t cheap scam
I have emailed them but to no avail everybody should avoid this site

I ordered a pair of boots on the 20th October, they said they’d dispatched the parcel on the 21st and took my money, now bear in mind it clearly states 2 days to dispatch the 3-5 days uk standard delivery, after 7 days I was told 7-14 days, then told I had to wait for the tracking numbers, which were raised on the 21st, after 15 days is transit it was still showing as processing in the warehouse, every contact I had with them after they gave the excuse that the tracking had not updated.
I then asked them to cancel the order and refund me, they refused, I then contacted my bank who will now deal with this.

Avoid this company at all costs, I brought a hugo original hoodie waited 3 weeks for delivery and when it finally arrived the "premium" hoodie was clearly fake, fabric was an awful nylon and label in collar cut out I contacted them via published phone number surprise surprise doesn't work, emailed them only to be told it would cost me likely over 50 pounds to return or they'd give me 20% of my next purchase....really why would I want to buy more rubbish from them!!! Do not waste your time and money

In response to Dave and Carter's reply below I have contacted your email address but they have been no help whatsoever all I want is a full refund as the goods supplied where not as advertised and clearly fake!

The space was clean and organized, clearly maintained with care. It was fine, just missing a bit of warmth or personal touch.

It was a decent stay, fairly comfortable and convenient, though a few minor issues kept it from being excellent.

The website provides disingenuous information to customers - don’t bother wasting your money with this bunch of fraudsters.

Total shit-housery, they should be banned from advertising and operating in the UK

Been 3 weeks and no clothing, non existent tracking, advertised 3-5 working days delivery on website, looks a UK company & site but is not, will have to wait another week to get my money back from Mastercard.

The surroundings allowed for some rest and had basic conveniences, though it wasn't outstanding — 3 stars

Don’t be scammed by this company.

Made an order and the quality of this product was so bad. Ordered an XL pair of trousers and what I got had no labels indicating size and was not suitable in anyway. The sizing is all wrong as they just about fit my son let alone me. Sizings come up as if for children.

When I tried to speak about a refund they tried to give me 20% off, as sending it back would cost me more than the product. They then offered 35% off my next order! Just have to face facts that I am down £40.

This is the worst company on the web for clothing. Don’t waste your time or money with them. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand, as I would have never have bought from them.

And don’t be fooled by the reply they put under the review. They don’t do anything about it.

The place was find and had Aa nice atmosphere, but nothing really stood out. It was an average visit overall

I fell for the scam. I should’ve doubled checked the website. Many red flags. Cheap items, excessive discounts, poor style of communication and much more. I purchased my item, 10 minutes later I found out it was not what I wanted. Sent an email to cancel, they tell me I can’t cancel as it’s ready for shipment even though I asked to cancel 10 minutes after purchase.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! This company ships from China. I will be returning my items. I feel disgusting, waste of money. One of the many things I regret. Will never buy again and will always check website’s information from now on.

This company does not deserve 1 star.
No email confirmation. When I asked they said would get when the shipping company get the order. The website said 1-3 days shipping. It’s all misleading worded to make look like it’s UK based. No tracking just a weird email 7 days later.
I tried to cancel as wasn’t going to arrive on time. Wasn’t able to.
When it did arrive it was awful quality. Plus picture had black buttons this had gold. I asked to return and they said would cost me 50 pounds
The only ‘help’ they offered was a discount if I ordered more.
It really is a terrible service and am disputing with my bank.

Awful company. They lie about their delivery times, it took almost 3 weeks for a pair of shoes to arrive wrapped in plastic, not even in a shoe box. Their website says 1-2 days for delivery, they claim it says 7-14 business days when you email them. Their replies read as if they're AI generated and they don't answer any questions. Stay clear of this company.

I will never buy any product from them. I order one and its size didn’t fit well. So I plan to return it. But thier policy says I must return it to China address with tracked post, which may cost up to £50. Which is more than cost of item.
It’s useless. Be aware of it.

Cheap tat from China. Do not buy. Cargo trousers went straight in the bin. Website pretends to be uk but the uk is before the .com so very misleading Didn't see this till after I had already placed the order.

Can a website be reported for misrepresenting where they are based?

The item was not the same as the picture. However return is the buyer's responsibility to China and the cost is prohibitive.....don't bother

The place was decent and had a nice feel to it. I told a friend about it, But I'm not sure I'd rush back right away

Items advertised on the website are nothing like the items you receive. The quality is shocking, the material is like something you get on a cheap Halloween costume, these are just cheap Chinese manufactured knock offs
Their website is very misleading and I would go as far to say fraudulent.

PEOPLE TAKE A LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY I WOULDNT BOTHER SENDING IT BACK BECAUSE I WOULDNT WANT ANOTHER ONE ID RATHER LOOSE THE 50 QUID I WORKED HARD FOR ……This item took long enough to arrive and its absolutely disgusting cheap rubbish the exact same one on Temu for less than half the price ,the wrong size turned up ,please do yourselves a favour avoid this company like the plague

The design works fine and feels practical but the comfort and style could be improved a bit
