Love the feel and quality of my umbrella. I travel quite a bit and it fits perfectly in my luggage.

I love my umbrella. It’s absolutely beautiful. I had to have it replaced. It was a simple process. There were no questions - it was replaced quickly and easily. The life time warranty makes me feel this is an exceptional product. I will keep buying them!

Customer service quickly replaced an umbrella sleeve we’d lost, and for a fair price.

I bought the compact umbrella for 2 trips. One to Paris (it rained!) and one to Italy (it rained!)
The umbrella packed light & fit easily into a side pocket of my small backpack. Super easy to use & sturdy!! I was glad it was the size it was because of the crowds in the tourist areas made it easier to get around. Love it & even though I thought it was pricey-it was well worth it. It will last a long time!!

Umbrella is very compact but holds its own well against wind

This was exactly what I was looking for in an umbrella. Shipping was quick and tracked the whole way. The build quality is great and does not feel like it will break in the same way my past umbrellas have.

I purchased the Solo with the Mini. The Mini fits perfectly in my jacket pocket, it's just the right size coverage for me, and it looks sturdy for its size. Moreover, the Solo is a perfect work of art and engineering - It looks luxurious and feels extremely sturdy. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that the Solo's handle is a bit uncomfortable due to the clip. May I suggest a removable clip or a cushioned cover be added around the handle and clip that can be pulled up and down for comfort in the future. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the purchase of my Solo umbrella.

I thought it had a button to open and close the whole umbrella. Am I doing something wrong?

Nice umbrellas and shipped quickly though they’re pricey and expensive if you need to return. I was surprised at the weight of the Solo - to return it and the Commuter that came in a set with it cost me nearly $20. They don’t provide return labels.

Excellent service and very interested in customer service. Truly amazing! Wonderful company and people.

The umbrella is ok but I do not see why I paid three times more than the average price for this type of items.

Sturdy, well built, easy to use!

I love my umbrella, but had an accident where the handle knob broke loose. Customer support and the warranty team were amazing and I replacement was in my hand promptly. Warranty alone warrants the price

The umbrella is extremely well made out of durable material and holds up during extreme weather events. It is also a fashion/business statement, signaling that the umbrella holder appreciates quality and design.
