Scammers! I bought a pair of boots described as leather. After waiting more than 10 days, they finally arrived, and the quality is awful! The material is absolutely disgusting (definitely not leather!). I immediately contacted them to request a refund, and they told me I’d have to pay £30 to ship them back to China!
Ridiculous! Do not buy from them

Terrible quality products, you can only return products for a £30 shipping fee.
terribly unhelpful customer service
Do not buy from here.

Worst worst worst.
I got one dress from them online ,after 6 days anyway I saw it take too long to receive my item , I tried to cancel it but they answered to my email telling me they can't cancel my order and I was ok..I will wait my parcel. After one month still I didn't receive my parcel ,they don't answer to my emails anymore ,the phone number seems is unavailable and my order track it shows to me ,"still was not shipped yet".
Terrible..I think is a scam .

I ordered a pair of leather boots-they are not leather.
Having ordered the boots I read reviews and tried to cancel my order. A polite AI told me I couldn’t.
My wait for delivery was 11 days- in the end not too bad. But the boots are not leather!!!
I will not be buying anything further from this company.

SCAM!!!
Proceed if you want to be robbed
Disgusting thieves.

Do not use this company
The clothes are very poor quality and NO returns possible!!!!!

The information on the website is very misleading two dresses bought for 79.90 pounds and never arrived and refund being refused with repeated emails with excuses about their factory being in China

Do not use this company, all the clothes are made and come from China, they do not give refunds even though on their website it is stated that refunds are allowed within 14 days, the shipping cost to CHINA are for the customer not for the company. Avoid this company not ethical, they are crooks. I bought a dress and they refused to refund me even though I was within the legal 14 days return period
