I ordered a mascara on 8/03 and have still not received order confirmation! Would seem they also trade under Cratebit?

The delivery was fast and ordering was easy. However, when the package arrived, the box was crushed and I lost a pack of batteries because they fell out. I don't think it left your warehouse this way, but I will still consider purchasing again in the future.

The makeup brush was broken when it arrived, so maybe you need to put it in a hardcase and not just in a plastic bag when sending it out to customers.
