We received a lot of useful advice and delivery was within the estimated time. Specific attention was given to the longer measurements for the space The bi fold doors make the room stand out and inclusion of blinds although costly were worth it

Hi - I had customised windows and patio doors done. Very professional and thorough in their work and schedule.
Good service all through from quote to implementation. Very happy with their service, would highly recommend them.

Had my house refurbished and Daylight Glazing installed my Porch, 10 windows, 3 doors, 1 bi-fold with 5 panels and 2 flar roof light windows. All in aluminium professionally installed at very competitive price. I had minor adjustments requested after installing which Mukesh himself helped resolve in a professional manner. Thank you so much.

Re: Fitting a rear bi-fold door. Rude customer service AFTER money was taken.
Smashed my front door stained-glass window and refused to acknowledge responsibility. Paid premium price for "bespoke" bi fold door. However door was not fabricated/measure correctly. Instead of making door "bespoke" they stuffed the angle with cheap foam and topped with double beading to create unsuccessful angled door. The aluminium beading was sliced several times where it should have had no cut and a single strip of aluminium beading. The website claimed "Our commitment to outstanding customer service guarantees efficient communication and swift resolution of any concerns". However Rohit[manager/owner] gaslighted his client insisting the work was "the best" and "is good". Rather that addressing the issue of the poorly fabricated door. He then decided to sue me while I waited for the door to be re-measured. I would have preferred to pay the premium price quoted for the premium job offered. Instead the money was taken and clumsy workmanship and hostile customer service followed. Dreamt of beautiful doors. I got ugly doors and no warrantee. And no promise of work getting completed as per drawing offered contractually.

I strongly advise against using Daylight Glazing. My experience with them was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The service was unprofessional, the product quality was shockingly poor, and the finishing work was substandard. The fitters lacked basic skills, resulting in a botched installation of our sliding door.

When we raised these issues with Mukesh, the director, instead of addressing the problem, he dismissed our concerns and absurdly claimed my wife was 'not using the door correctly.' This response was both patronizing and unprofessional, reflecting the company’s complete disregard for accountability.

Save yourself the frustration and money—choose a reputable glazing provider instead.

I've just witnessed one your staff members assaulting a Sainsbury's driver. Your lorry blocked a road for 25 mins and the driver was verbally abusive to myself and two other people who were waiting to pass. He physically pushed the Sainsbury's driver and swore at all of us. He needs to be sacked. His registration is FD63 FCL

Very poor customer service and sloppy workmanship!
My experience with Daylight Glazing was not a positive one. I had a sliding patio door fitted a month ago.
The fitters were pleasant but lacked skill. They had to return and refit the lock because it did not lock effectively. They were at my house till 11pm the first night, but door still didn't lock properly. Eventually they left after fitting another lock. But I was locked in. The door would not open. This was a fire hazard.
I called Mukesh numerous times, no reply. Terrible lack of customer service from him. He had no interest.
Eventually, third time lucky, a new lock worked.
But the finish was substandard. Sealant was smeared all over the glass and sides. I sent numerous photos in to them but Mukesh never contacted me to apologise or view the work on completion. Not professional at all.
Use this company at your peril.

Just had a new Endurance front door supplied & fitted by Deylight Windows, excellent workmanship & a great company to deal with.

We had windows and a front door installed last year and it was a total nightmare dealing with daylight glazing. The manager was incredibly rude to my partner and when the door was fitted it didn't close properly. It still doesn't close properly. When I asked about this 7 months after it was installed I was told it must be wear and tear, it would cost extra to fix it. Not sure what happened to the guarantee. They refused to give us the Asure certificate, it took 10 months to get this. Wear and tear? When you buy a door you expect to be able to open and close it right? Terrible experience

I was very impressed with the service I received and the quality of the doors and windows, which were reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend ‘Daylight Glazing’ and the truly outstanding customer service. Extremely responsive and supportive.
