absolute brilliant item well packed prompt delivery

Found exactly what was wanted on Daymans website, placed the order and it was delivered to the door within two days. Superb service.

Everything you could hope for from a hardware shop. Huge stock - friendly, knowledgeable staff happy to give advice to amateurs like me, and reasonable prices.

Great online store and speedy delivery

The product is not same as i ordered item which is different brand and different origin and also much cheaper than i expected. But thankfully the customer service is quite excellent, it helped me to process refund process soon. But you should have a look what you paid and the product received is it the same.

I needed a specific size of MDF they were so helpful sorted it all via email then I went in to collect the same day 😁 I don’t know much about pricing but I was more than happy with the cost so I would say good value for money

The best local independent hardware shop around friendly helpful and pretty much everything you need in shop and if on a very rare occasion they don’t have it then they will order it for you also their home delivery is 10 stars I’d be lost without them

There seemed to be a bit of a delay dispatching the item.
Also you only offer us and Australia for overseas shipping. This means I needed to use a re-forward option to ship to NZ. This adds to cost and delivery time. My guess is that if you can ship to Australia it should be similar effort to ship to NZ.

I needed varnish for a couple of small jobs and going to a big hardware shop and looking round is not an option. How easy is it to look on Daymans website, find what I need, place my order on line and the goods are delivered to my door the same day ! Competitive prices, so I shop locally and will do again. Try it - you won’t be disappointed !

This was my first time using Daymans DIY, and wow what incredible service. Ordered some logs and coal on Saturday morning and it was delivered within a couple of hours!! to say this exceeded my expectations is a massive understatement.

Love Daymans DIY they are always so kind and helpful and they have such a good knowledge base to help with any problems or questions you have. And if that's not enough, the prices are great as well as the service too. Been using them for years.
