We have today picked up a Ford Ecosport and dealt with Dave Hanney at Day's Haverfordwest. The buying experience was carried out efficiently, professionally and speedily, allowing us to take away the car within 24 hours of purchase. Would definitely recommend as we both felt it was a first class service. Thank you Dave.

My car went in to Days Haverfordwest for a mot and aircon re-gas. The mot was fine, but when I rang to enquire about collecting the car, I was told that there may be an issue with the battery and they had it on charge and wanted me to leave it overnight. Next day I get a call to say the battery is fine but the ac condenser has a leak and they wanted £914 for a new one. They charged me £187.50 excl vat for a diagnostic and now the car sounds like a tractor if the ac button is on. This noise was not there when it went in. I’ve had my last 3 new cars from there but I will never go back there for another.

Dave was brilliant at the Haverfordwest branch.
No messing around, no pressure - gave me all the information I needed to know! He ensured that the car was ready for me to drive away without any worries!

I visited Day’s Chery in Swansea on behalf of my son who works away. Josh was amazing. He spoke to my son via telephone while I was there and went through everything in detail. He was happy to stay past his finish time to finalise everything rather than drag me back again. Josh made the whole process simple and pleasant. As an existing Chery customer myself this was the second time I’ve dealt with Josh and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Useless, only fiat repairer within 50 miles of me and have had a fiat van go in three times which I dread as it’s there for months with no support, this most recent it was there for 32 days and I’ve had it back and it has the same fault. No care and they can’t get it back in till the 21st of August.

Amazing experience with days motor group. Got my first car with them recently and they were so helpful. Wayne Thomas helped me find a great car that is a great value for money. He reassured any concerns I had. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my first car.

A truly woeful experience.

Agreed on an ok-looking spec/car for the price.

I had to valet the car myself in their valet bay before it was good enough to go home in, even then I had to pay for a professional to do this properly.

I was told the warranty covered cosmetics including paint and alloy damage, only to find that was not true as the first wash revealed the extent of hidden scratches and paint damage etc.

If you are considering purchasing from Day's, do NOT let yourself be upsold to with Diamond cleaning nonsense, it is simply not worth it. Buy some Autoglym products for a fraction of the price.

Unimpressed.

The bottom line is; buying a large purchase such as a motor vehicle, the purchaser has to feel like they are "getting" something, so the sales have to be empowered to allow that to happen. A few quid to acknowledge the state of the car would have been a start.

To turn up and valet my own purchase, then the b.s. on the warranty means I am left with the feeling this company is grasping. This is bottom class.

Not recommended.

Don’t go anywhere else! Days Ford Haverfordwest and Dave Hanney only place to go! He got me my dream Puma and had it brought down from another branch. He’s been friendly, patient -(especially with my excitement at my new car), honest and professional. Whole experience with Dave and his colleagues in Haverfordwest has been brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Maybe they should rename it Dave’s Ford 😉 so happy with my new Puma thank you so much Dave and team at Haverfordwest you are all stars 🌟

Mario is amazing at motabilaty this is our 2nd car with Days and Mario he is amazing other car showrooms have made us feel like we dont belong because we are leasing, but Mario is amazing he need a pay rise ❤️💙🩷
