I must record a sincere 'thank you' to David for his unmatched subject understanding, calibrated intensive measurement, precise analysis and data interpretation - leading to a methodical and comprehensive report. Without others typical standard 'boiler plate' padding pages. Readable. Understandable. Prompt and Accurate.

A final comment: There are many charlatans in this sector who play Payment upfront then submit a gibberish report. Other firms make "price match promise" proven to be utterly false when challenged while making false statement. Not so with David.

DBAcoustics is the sole real expert in this field. If you need sound testing reports, avoid the rest at all cost. Just appoint David. The best. A grateful client.

David worked with us to provide practicable mitigations to balance the needs of the listed building and the requirements of the LA and regulations etc.

Making contact was easy and David was able to attend at short notice and attend when most appropriate - for instance at weekends and evenings to measure sound at busier times.

I was very pleased with my experience with DBA Acoustics. David produced quality advice and acoustic testing for my residential floor installation. His work is very good and prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend DBA acoustics.

David competently provided an acoustic report needed for planning permission for an external air conditioning condenser, alongside mitigation suggestions. David was already familiar with the local planning authority (Tower Hamlets) policies and the planning permission has now been approved.

David went above and beyond to help me, he researched and tested before coming out, when he arrived he stayed longer than he should have to try to get to the bottom of the issue and then spent a week researching and analysing the data. dB(A) Acoustics produced an acoustic assessment for a dance school planning application (Sept 2019). We worked with David, whose response to our enquiries was timely and he talked us through our requirements to ensure that we were taking the best approach. Their rates were also highly competitive for the services offered.

We were dealing with a particularly militant planning authority that demanded a lot of detailed (in hindsight, disproportionate) information to support our application.
