wish I read the reviews before shopping, purchased a suitcase where the handle broke on the first trip. a month later and a couple of emails to support and no reply. Suitcase looks nice but would say there are similar brands doing a good job for the same price
Good customer service/warranty
I got a DB Journey backpack, the Ramverk 21L in Sand Grey. First of all I love the design. I have been using the backpack since the beginning of 2025 and I got some unusual wear.
I contacted the warranty department on Friday, got a reply on Tuesday, in which I got a code for a replacement, which I received on Thursday.

Got a Snow Roller 70L for a gift. Pretty expensive but liked the design and seemed to be high quality.
Couldn't be more wrong--after one flight with skis the bag tore about an inch through the polyester side. Have gone back and forth with customer service and they do nothing but blame the airline for "mishandling" the bag (the bag has no other visible damage).
The way the bag is designed you pack the ski edges right up against the sidewall of the bag.
Unbelievably bad support for such an expensive bag. Bag can't hold up to a single flight before ripping.

forget lifetime warranty
Bought backpack 4 years ago as "black member" and supposed to have lifetime warranty. And guess what, after 4 years they respond that warranty is limited for 2 years from date of purchase. Issue was broken zipper. Another slogan to sell more and take no responsibility for poor quality zippers. Premium prices, good design, medium quality, rubbish customer service.

Kjøpte en dyr reise ryggsekk (Ramverk 26l) og etter 2 reiser og etter å ha åpent den maks 10 ganger har den fått synlig slitasje innvendig der glidelås går. Ha sendt klage til kundeservice flere ganger men ingen som svarer meg. Så ikke fornøyd.
Kommer aldri til å kjøpe db produkter igjen.
Leider nicht mehr die erwartete Qualität
Als DB ausschließlich einen Skisack herstellte, war die Qualität ausgezeichnet. Leider merkt man bei aktuellen Produkten erheblich die Einsparungen in der Produktion. Ich verwende DB seit vielen Jahren beruflich und bin nun zum Entschluss gekommen, mich nach einem anderen Skisack umzusehen. Nach zwei Flügen gingen Nähte kaputt, stabilisierende Bauteile gingen dadurch verloren. Das Außenmaterial bekommt rasch Risse.

This company is bad. The bags fall apart and customer service doesn’t care. Their answer to fixing defective products is to offer you 20 percent off a new bag. And when you try to let others know how bad this company and its customer service are they try to block you on social media so others don’t find out! Avoid this company at all costs, save your money. Buy elsewhere!
Bags tear at stiching seams and shape of bag also falls apart. When you tell others about these products they block your freedom of speech and delete reviews!

Delayed shipment and almost impossible to get in touch
Placed the order on a Ramverk Large a week ago, and it seems that they have not even bothered to even start the shipment, as no further information has been given. Have tried to get in contact, but have not gotten any response. Really disappointed as I own multiple bags from them already.

Customer service experience is very sub par. All by email w an auto response. Needed help many times. Everything was delayed except the charge to my account and delivery to a wrong address( my fault but immediately tried to correct it). Never corrected, dropped by fed ex w no signature required in my lobby and waited days for a return label that was correct. The first one they sent was incorrect. Now i have to deal with usps pick up as that is my paid option. Now i need to wait again for a pick up with correct label. Impossible!
ELENDIG KUNDESERVICE
Kjøpte skibaggen og brukte den på 1 reise. Etter den reisen kom det hull rundt hjulene på baggen så jeg sendte inn en klage for å sjekke om det var en reklamasjon sak siden baggen var helt ny. Fikk aldri noe svar ifra de. Har tilsammen sendt inn 7 reklamasjonsaker på samme bag, fortsatt ikke noe svar. Så da sendte en mail til den butikken jeg kjøpte baggen hos, de får heller ikke noe svar ifra DB. Veldig skuffet og skjønner ikke at en så stor og seriøs aktør kan være så dårlig på kundeservice. Iallefall når de reklamerer med hvor god kundeservice de har, kundeklubb osv.
No bang for the buck
I got my first DB in 2016 and was happy with the bag, but during the last few years the most recent ones have lacked in quality. I do expect a premium bag for this price to hold up better than they have.
Bot my "The Artlist" and "Ramverk Pro" has had some major quality issues.
It´s not a good bang for the buck in my opinion and it's too bad that the costumer support doesn't seem to be interested either.... Such a shame.
Will most likely look somewhere else next time it is time to get a new bag.
No Refund, returned 3 weeks ago.
Returned order 3 weeks ago, and still no refund. Talked to them on the phone and asked how long the return would take and they told me they did not know and showed no interest in finding out or helping. Would not recommend buying from them.
Reißverschluss Defekt
Ich habe einen Rucksack gekauft bei dem der Reißverschluss nicht richtig funktionierte. Über den Kundenservice hat sich dann etwas verspätet jmd gemeldet mit dem Hinweis, dass dieser aus einer Fehl-Charge stammen muss und ich einen weiteren bestellen solle. Hierfür habe ich einen Code bekommen, der genau dem Preis des Rucksacks entsprach. Leider war bei diesem der Fehler des Reisverschlusses noch gravierender, so dass ich wieder Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufnehmen musste, der sich wiederum erneut sehr verzögert gemeldet hat.
Nun habe ich mich im Endeffekt für ein komplett anderes Produkt entschieden, was allerdings fehlerfrei funktioniert und von bester Qualität ist.
Eigentlich sehr zufrieden

Sehr unzufrieden mit dem Rücksendeverfahren, vor allem mit der Rückzahlung, musste sehr lange warten und oft nachfragen...

habe mittlerweile viele Produkte von Db und bin Mega zufrieden, jedoch war die Rücksendung und auch die Qualität bei meiner ersten Bestellung nicht perfekt bei den Folgenden, aber umso besser

Completely non-existent customer…
Completely non-existent customer support. 4 emails sent over a period of 14 days, no answer. After 14 days still waiting for a package that seems to be "tried" delivered by a company that has never been at our door, and transport company is more or less impossible to reach.
UPDATE: After my review they contacted me and a new bag is sent with DHL. Updated my review / stars to 3 since they fixed it quickly.
