I'm still waiting for my refund regarding the pair of white plimsolls I had returned weeks ago now and also I had sent them over copy of receipt proof
Its gottin ridiculous now as I have several reply from my emails to say that my refund of is arriving to my bank account but still no refund of £18.99.
They have stated that my refund was processed on the 18th August?

Ordered an item which never arrived although they were adamant it did. Only £12.95, but it was the principle so I pursued a refund. I’ve now given up trying. Spent too much of my life on this going round in circles. Whoever has my piece of underwear, I really do hope you’re getting some enjoyment out of wearing it!! Steer well clear of this dreadful company.

Ordered a poaching pan from this company of scammers who took my money but have given me nothing except excuses for there lack of full filing the order they do not answer any inquiries of any sort, and just ignore every effort of common curtesy in fulfilling the order, if you do not want your money taken under false pretence, with no possibility of receiving your order then avoid this lot, or be scammed the choice is yours,

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely no customer service and would never order from this company again. Have been trying to return an item for a month but unable, shocking company

Absolute shambles of a company. How they are still in business is beyond me. Stay away from this place it steals your money

Poor quality goods. Frustrating return and refund process. I have spent hours chasing the company. Still awaiting refund for item returned many weeks ago. I will never use Debenhams again.

Ordered a few items of clothing from Wallis - it was sent in 2 separate deliveries, 1 was /Yours Clothing/Pixiegirl via DBZ marketplace.

Arrived fairly promptly but impossible to know how to return or who I’m returning it to. Finally spoke to someone at Yours Clothing who sent me a return code via InPost - almost a week and still showing it’s on its way back to seller.

No idea if I’ll ever get a refund and the whole process is ridiculously complicated.

NEVER use this retailer.

Bought an item from what we thought was Debenhams but turns out it was from Bluelandukltd.Nightmare to return anything would not use Debenhams again.
You cannot get through to anyone.

Ordered 3 handheld fans, which after opening 1 of them didn't work. Returned after 4 days as fan still not working!!! Item was sent back on 11th July, was received by DBZ Marketplace on 15th July......still waiting for my refund!! Avoid really bad company.

I’m unable to return my dress as there is no confirmation or order number for it , will not he ordering again

Ordered a child’s bed and want to return it. Have sent emails with all the relevant details and have heard nothing. I’ll be taking it back myself if I can.
An absolutely appalling service and I’d never shop on line with them again and would urge any others to avoid this company too.

Received a cheap and nasty pound shop product. Customer service just kept asking for videos and photos. Wouldn’t supply a return address. This went on for a week. Opened a PayPal dispute. They got the return address. Horrendous service horrendous product.

Purchased a fan through the Debenhams website. It was apparent something was wrong with it when we first turned it on due to a terrible noise. Emailed the company 3 times via the address given by Debenhams, asking to return it with no response. In the end I took it apart & you could see it hadn't been put together correctly during manufacture. Managed to fix it, but very disappointing we never heard anything from the company. Would not recommend the company or purchasing anything through Debenhams.

Ordered next day delivery and it’s three days so far.
Customer service ignore you totally.

It’s ok, I’ll do a charge back on all of it once I’ve got a week of ignorance from CS.

All this does is send this awful company back into administration sooner or later.

Why do people bother running a business?
Because they’ll get bailed out or write off their debts because they have nobody to answer to.

Do not order from this disgracefully run “business”.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Paid extra for next day delivery...day 3 and I'm still waiting. Evri app says they are still waiting for the parcel. Customer Service is useless. How these businesses are allowed to trade is beyond me. Avoid like the plague!!!

Why is this company allowed to trade?? I have been trying to arrange a return of an incorrect order. Impossible!!
I have gone through PayPal which seems to be the only way of communicating.
They keep trying to send the courier to my old address even though I have given my new address !! Idiots! Scumbags! Scammers !!

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Absolutely disgusting lack of customer service. I placed an order 7 days ago. My bank account was debited for the item I ordered. I did not receive confirmation email or order number from them. After sending countless whatsapp messages they advise they cannot find my order. With each message I had to repeat details I had already provided in previous messages. Must have dealt with about 5 different people who said they would investigate. After a frustrating week of endless repitition I have contacted my bank to dispute the payment. I will never shop with this company again. They are a disgrace!

Truly awful company, please do not use them.
Item undelivered, refused to help and only got money back after PayPal intervened.
I didnt think online retailers this bad still existed.

Just in the process of trying to return some Clark’s loafers brought through this outlet. It all feels like a con to me imo. Portal links don’t work, order number and email address not recognised. Why is this organisation allowed to trade? What on earth can I do as it just keeps saying it doesn’t recognise my purchase even though I have several emails and a delivery notification. Aaaaargh!

Ordered a sofa via Debenhams, not fit for purpose and couldn't sit on it comfortably for longer than a few minutes. Decided to return it and had a battle on my hands. They wanted it taken apart fully and put back in boxes which I couldn't do. They said it was a preference rather than a defect and 'not to my comfort' then charged me £65 to collect it. It took an age to get my money back (less the £65) and they were rude and demeaning, constantly referring to this being a 'budget item' which is demeaning and suggests if you can't afford something more expensive then you just accept what you get. The description was soft, plush, high comfort etc which was all rubbish. Do not use this seller, how Debenhams are endorsing them is beyond me.
