Absolute conman. Sent me a mattress that was 20cm shorter on one side than the other, think almost triangle shaped. I was told to wait a few weeks for it to even out because the way it had been delivered had apparently caused the issue, this seemed implausible to me as the mattress wasn’t delivered rolled up or in any type of vacuum sealed packaging, just loose plastic packaging. After waiting a few weeks it hadn’t evened out at all so I messaged again and was then told to wait three months for it to even out. I refused to wait a quarter of year for it to even out especially as the seller couldn’t explain to me how it had happened despite asking repeatedly and also, one person is sleeping without any head or foot protection with the mattress being smaller on one side. The mattress was collected and I was only issued a partial refund because the item was in ‘used’ condition. The item was only used because the seller told me to use it and that the mattress would even out with use. Seller spends a lot of time asking eBay to remove negative feedback, time that could be saved if he was an honest businessman instead who sold goods that are correctly manufactured. Fortunately for me, I purchased through eBay who agreed a partial refund was incorrect given I had been sold a defective item and instructed by the seller to use the item, and the rest of the refund was initiated. Long story short, buy elsewhere, all you get is stress and defective items from this conman. If I could give less than one star I would.

Didnt recievie my order after 3 weeks of trying.This company told me the couriers closed for a week which wasnt true as i checked.Then they stated they dont lie which was another lie.The couriers wouldnt give me any information either.Ill give them some credit the refund came quickly but this is definatly a company you want to aviod if you want less stress in your life.Went to Dreams and spent 6k on a bespoke made to measure mattress instead.Outstanding service from them.My advise stick to the profesionals people.

I recently purchased a bed from DBZ Beds Ltd, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. Fabulous bed, for the money you can't go wrong. I found the company very helpful, I messaged them a couple of times and each time they got straight back to me. I would certainly recommend this company. The delivery team kept me informed, once my delivery was booked in, it arrived the next morning, they arrived well within the time slot I was given, the 2 young guy's were very polite & professional. I'm very happy.

Awaiting delivery, phone line cuts off the call. Be interesting if this bed actually arrives as 7 days in a nothing, no very good experience at all.
Edit: after looking through Google to find the industrial state I managed to get a mobile number, called the number to chase up, and within 24 hours bed was delivered, however if I had not done this would I have got the bed so soon.
Bed is now delivered and men were very polite and professional.

My base is being fulfilled by Amazon and the problems were created by Amazon.

Have spoken with manufacturer anthey fully understood, we're perfectly polite and would be happier to deal with them direct in the future.

Very affordable and very good quality mattress. Very comfortable which for the price, I wasn’t expecting. Would buy from again in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone .

The product arrived sooner than I had expected which I am grateful for since my old mattress was causing some back problems for me. The new mattress I ordered was perfect and comfy and allows me to get an actual good nights sleep. I'll be sure to order again once any of the other mattress's at home wears down.

Great customer service and communication bought this mattress on behalf of a friend, and they are very happy and pleased with their purchase . Great quality for the price, service was above and beyond dbz beds even arranged the delivery date to fit in with my friends schedule ,and the delivery driver called to give us a time of arrival. Very impressed with the service from this seller and would recommend them.

Tried to cancel order for bed and mattress ordered on Amazon. Getting unwanted calls and texts saying I have no right to this?
This company are clearly cowardly cowboys with their threats. I’m waiting on Amazon to review their actions.
PLEASE avoid this Company

Brought a bed from this company on Amazon. Delivery date came and went and no bed. Called them to be told I should just know that amazons delivery date isn’t right and that I would get the bed three days later. Still no bed three days later. Called to be told it would be here in another 4 days. Cancelled and got my money back . Refunding quickly was the only thing they got right. The male I spoke to on each occasion was extremely rude and has not customer service skills. I had to hang up on him twice due to his rudeness. I did a 1 star review on Amazon due this. Since then I have been called by an Asian sounding male three further times to try and get me to change the review, each time being rude. On the third occasion he forgot to block his number. They have breached GDPR by keeping my details and show a course of conduct amounting to harassment. I would not touch this company.

If they comment below that they have resolved any of this, they cannot. Any further communication from them will lead to me creating a police report and reporting the breach of GDPR. Had they have not continued to harass me I would not have bothered to leave a review here. Yet here we are. Be warned.

To note, the only delivery rejected would have been the last date given at which point it was rejected due to multiple dates being previously given and the poor service. No other delivery was attempted. And on four separate occasions I had asked for my details to be removed.

25/10/2024 - company have yet again edited there comment and for some reason now threatening debt recovery. There is no debt. Transaction was cancelled, no bed delivered. I stand by my feedback. And note further similar incidents on trust pilot.

Now the 16/02/2025 _ this business continues to make regular updates to their comment disputing my facts. My facts remain true and no amount of bullying and lying will make me change my review.

18/07/2025 - DBZ beds have now edited their reply again. This time saying they have no details of me being a customer. I have the emails and screenshots saved to show i was.

DBZ beds continue to edit their reply. Bullying will not make me remove this. Stay away from this company. I have your texts and messages screenshot. I cam prove the sale and comments

Monday 4th may 2026- they have changed their update again! None of those updates are true. If Trust pilot would like to see the history of contact from DBZ, I have the text messages saved and Amazon history. Nice try though. You need to stop updating, it just makes your company look worse. It would have been far more professional to admit the original issue and apologise. I have now formally complained to Trust pilot and provided them with buy history. They need to be aware you are now lying about them too. They have not made any contact with me and there is no investigation.

Absolutely amazing customer service. We had an issue with Amazon when ordering so we emailed these guys and spoke to someone called Mohammed. He went above and beyond to help us with an issue that wasn’t even his fault! Delivery was great also. I was expecting a low quality mattress as the bed and mattress together was a very good price but I was shocked when it arrived and it was amazing quality! I will absolutely use these again.
