Ordered fine - but had no correspondence shoes were still processing - it would be nice to show customers like Shein does - to show it’s being looked at at customs etc step by step- had no update for over a week - then I got restless and emailed to see what was going on I received a reply in 3 mins - and 3 agents looking at it - then updated that the shoes were going to be delivered.
So The size was a halv size to small. I want to return at get a half size bigger. But then you take 240:- in return cost even though Im a member. and price has gone up from 699 to 999. So this means the shoes will be 1239:- in the end. Are you serious? This cant be right?
No reply from customer care what so ever!
Avoid at all cost!
They sent a pair of shoes that wasn't even similar to the one's we bought and then changed the picture on their website to the ones they sent... My daughter cried for DAYS, and we had looked for DAYS to find the exact ones she wanted in the right size. I wouldn't even have been allowed to send them back cost-free apparently - even though THEY sent the wrong shoes. I sent them back anyway and have NOT got ANY message that they're processing the return or anything in two weeks, and definitely didn't yet get the money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
