Need to update customers better than what they do atm!
Ordered fine - but had no correspondence shoes were still processing - it would be nice to show customers like Shein does - to show it’s being looked at at customs etc step by step- had no update for over a week - then I got restless and emailed to see what was going on I received a reply in 3 mins - and 3 agents looking at it - then updated that the shoes were going to be delivered.
