Ten Terminals throughout our region giving us extended coverage over competition. Shipping 7k-10k pallets a week from all terminals we know what we are doing. Most employees have more than 15 years experience and management averages about 25 years experience. If you see a negative review its probably old or due to a 3PL company promising a customer what our contract didn't state. Very competitive pricing both for regular, dry run or hazmat shipping. Literal Clown show....Had to call to confirm availability of delivery, then after getting 4 different people and voicemail attempt which you can bypass pressing star. Finally, I got a person that couldn't figure out why package has been sitting in warehouse for several days. What a mess....
They made multiple promises to deliver. Their first excuse is that their truck broke down their second excuse was that the driver was all confused because it turned out that he has been given an incorrect address and when I wanted to make it real easy for him, he makes a comment and I quote. I don’t need this shit and he hung up. My order has not been received.
