We have previously bought fairy non bio, and thought it was excellent. But my husband bought some a couple of weeks ago, and both of us have been itching constantly, Iâve had to resort to going to the doctor for steroid cream to calm my skin down, not so much for my husband, but definitely making his skin sensitive, we can only assume theyâve changed the ingredients!!

New flash speedmop wipes dry out too quickly and fall of the mop. The cleaning power is not efficient. I preferred the original ones with the scrub strip. I won't be buying these again.
Be aware of inadequate marking on the Nozzle of Viakal
Although I have purchased Viakal which is a good product - my concerns about the safety issue the spray nozzle. It is extremely difficult to see the stop and start because they appear to be ingrained into the nozzle. Why not make the more noticeable with a colour code. Children are very inquisitive and I was horrified when I went into the bathroom and saw my grandchild picking up this spray which thankfully was in the off position. This product can be extremely dangerous if not handled properly and turned "off" when not in use. Surely this just common sense to highlight the nozzle to save any ambiguous mistakes being made which could be to the detriment of the consumer.

Fairy Non bio laundry pods overpowering smell
Fairy Non bio laundry pods are such a sickly sweet smell that I can only wash my towels with them. I can't bear to have the scent on my clothes it is so strong.
It's beyond me why Procter & Gamble would think that people with sensitive skin want this amount of overwhelming scent on their clothes.

P&G pierde MUCHO con la App La Cuponera aunque a ellos parece no Importarle el sentimiento de sus Clientes.
A la hora de efectuar un reembolso de Evax Cottonlike, que incluso el Spot está en TV actualmente, se apropian del monedero que tenÃa obtenido en Lidl por otra compra en la que podÃa comprar cualquier otro producto. Como ese dinero se descuenta progresivamente en el ticket dicen que sólo pagué 0,08⬠por las compresas, por lo tanto el reembolso lo pagué yo. Al ponerme en contacto con Atención al Cliente de LA CUPONERA su respuesta fue chulesca con frases predeterminadas para disuadirme de Reclamar. Como Cliente siento que no valgo ni importo a P&G.
En cuanto a Procter & Gamble que lleva varios productos de calidad, me remite a LA CUPONERA si tengo algún problema.

Ahora mismo hay otra publicidad de La Cuponera en TV, Seriamente: QUIEN se Beneficia de esto? SIENDO TAN POCO EMPÃTICOS CON LOS CLIENTES.
Deben Revisar como pierden la confianza del consumidor ignorando el feedback.

Don't try to fix whats not broken
Extremely disappointed and shocked with the dramatic change of scent on the Fairy non bio washing liquid. Being extremely highly sensitive to chemicals and smells this was the only washing liquid I could tolerate. Now it smells very stongly of sickly sweet smelling chemicals which make me feel instantly ill. No idea what to do now, please change it back. I've read its been concentracted and this was not necessary and has made your product as bad as everything else on the market. Does no one care about us sensitive people? Please look into giving us a safer choice again as we are 30% of the population.

I lost my shirt which i bought from M&S paying 30 or so pounds! Used fairy non bio pod - that outer covering of the pod was stuck onto my shirt and the colour has changed - what a dirty product this is!! Who will pay for my shirt! I wanted to use it for my event - who will pay for the stress!!!??

I had the unfortunate task of contacting P&G regarding their Gillette Venus lady shaving product.
I needed a new razor and saw a stand in Boots with very interesting looking colourful shavers for women, so decided to treat myself to a new shaver and blades.
I asked a store assistant to help choose and she looked the back of the box of blades-and said âit says all handles fit all blades, so I chose a set of 4 blades and a charger.
After probably 2/3 months I decided to change to a new blade-it didnât fit!!
Long story short, I no longer had the receipt for boots, so called to explain about the claim on the box that âALL HANDLES FIT ALL HANDLESâ and the clearly donât!
The guy on the phone said, after that statement it saysânot the handle that fits the pubic bladesâ or something to those notes!
Well donât claim âALL HANDLES FIT ALL BLADES THEN! â
He listened-and offered me £14-said that was all he could send by voucher, or I would have to buy and claim back, so I agreed and gave ALL of my info, (which to be fair is probably worth more to them when they sell it on!) And I received my vouchers a few days later-all £8!!! I
So I called back-and they said, sorry, donât know what went wrong we will send you the rest, the vouchers come in 2 x £5, and 2 x £3 vouchers-guess what? You can only spend ONE VOUCHER AT A TIME!! I give up, if P&G can only afford £18 and I can only spend one voucher at a time I pity them donât you! I told them to keep their vouchers-but themselves something nice in the staff shop! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I changed to fairy non- bio over 20âŠ
I changed to fairy non- bio over 20 years ago because of severe skin reaction on sensitive parts when Daz changed its formula. Took months of hospital visits etc. But over last year, if not more, severe itching, burning on sensitive parts again and scalp. Suspected pillow case issue cos in contact with skin and underwear. Totally unaware of change in formula. 2 months ago developed another infection and inflammation for no reason. All antibiotics tried are ineffective. Today 20/2/2026...end of tether with burning but had 3 decent days with older underwear washed 2 years ago but stored. Newer underwear today washed recently, has made skin flare again.
Long shot but checked for altered formulae. YES. The company should be sued for sickness, distress, hospital visits ,medicational costs and punitive damages. Take advice if this product has caused you harm.

The Fairy Non Bio pods are a lot of rubbish.
We washed a few clothes, including jumpers and the clear cover of the pods get stuck on the clothes like chewinga and after is very difficult to get it out.

Auf der Seite, wo alle Produkttest abgebildet sind, gibt es den von Swifffer nicht. Nachdem ich P & G direkt daraufhin angeschrieben habe, bekam ich eine andere Seite, an die ich mich wenden soll. Auch Swiffer nicht dabei.
Irrespect et incompétence
Entité regroupant plusieurs marques dont ALWAYS et pour laquelle j'ai rencontré un problÚme avec la colle des serviettes hygiéniques qui a ruiné des sous-vêtements trÚs cher. J'ai donc contacté le service client (Mr trÚs trÚs agréable mais qui donne un peu trop d'espoir) et j'ai suivi toutes leurs demandes à la lettre. Des questions à n'en plus finir et un envoi en Allemagne d'une serviette pour analyse (je suis sûre que ça a coûté plus cher que leur misérable dédommagement en Bon d'achat de 31â¬). Des semaines de perdues, des sous-vêtements trÚs chers jetés et 4 pauvres bons pour me consoler que je n'utiliserais pas par principe. J'ai décidé de boycotter toutes leurs marques et cela aura un bon écho sur mes réseaux. Cliente fidÚle depuis 21 ans, je pense que leur considération et le respect de leurs clients est en option chez eux.

But it is their YouTube ads that annoy me. And the fact you cannot contact the company without giving personal details they will use. So here I am on Trustpilot.
10 minutes into a YouTube video, I had 4 P&G ads. I have stopped watching the channel, and most of YouTube, because of this.
But...
Dear P&G, I have also stopped buying your products because they were your annoying ads.
PS The washing up liquid bottle space rocket thing only worked when the bottles were cylindrical.
