I created an online account to buy some personal care items online. Before I could do that, I was directed to create an account, which required sharing personal information, naturally. The final confirmation required me to allow them to do whatever they want with my data, but told me I could opt out at any time. So I created the account, purchased the items and tried to withdraw my consent for their unrestricted access to my data. It is impossible. They tell you that they cannot change your data preferences unless your confirm and provide the code you receive by email. Reasonable, except they never send the email. Ever. The support telephone number puts you on hold. Forever. Nobody ever answers it. Crooks. Buyer beware.

Disappointed! I used Pantene Miracle Rescue Deep Conditioning Treatment for years and loved it. Now, they have changed the formula to one that smells so disgusting that it's unusable. What are they thinking?

The product development team at P&G appears to be at it again! They have the proclivity to tinker with good and great products to turn them into mediocre--or worse! -- versions. This appears to have happened with Tide Hygienic Clean liquid. Reviews about the product on the P&G website are unflattering and a response from the P&G team acknowledges a recent formula change for the product. Once again, they have taken a really good product and turned it into something undesirable. That happened years ago with their liquid product for washing delicate and dress clothes. That was a great product that was ultimately discontinued for what looked like no good reason at all. Buying P&G laundry products feels like playing lotto. How long will it be before the product changes or before it just up and disappears? It also looks like P&G cares more about keeping a product development team employed than it does about customers? Do they really do any indepth market research to find out what customers really want and need? Do they actually do any REAL focus interviews with customers to find out what they like? Are they more concerned about appearances and political correctness than they are about producing GOOD products? I don't have any accurate answers to those rhetorical lament questions, but I can say that I feel as though I have fewer reasons to remain a loyal P&G customer than I once had.

Dieses Unternehmen macht wahrlich ANTI-Werbung für Braun. Teilgenommen habe ich an der Aktion KOSTENLOSE SCHERKOPFAKTION im September 2024. Es hat 100 Tage gedauert (und hätte womöglich 100 weitere gedauert), wenn ich nicht drei E-Mails geschrieben und an die Zusendung des Scherkopfs erinnert hätte.
Endich hat es geklappt. Es kam der Scherkopf, ABER DER FALSCHE !!! Weitere E-Mails haben nichts bewirkt.
Was sich hier Procter & Gamble leistet ist, Vertrauensbruch. Das schadet dem Ruf des Unternehmens BRAUN. Dieses Unternehmen sollte völlig aus der Fläche verschwinden.

P&G has blinded themselves for any kind of complaints. This is unbelievably wrong and unacceptable.

Suggerisco di non usarlo assolutamente e se necessario usare soluzione ipertonica ( ½ litro acqua con 4 cucchiai rali di sale da cucina ) spray per lavaggi nasali .

I think the majority of households in the modern world has a lot of P&G products in it by default. Tide pods, pampers, crest, and so much more. Hygiene products, personal care, household cleaning, shampoos, other types of hair and skin products. It is a completely different scenario to a lot of companies because they are running in all kinds of sectors and macro industries.

As a company and a corporation though, they have ambitious goals to reduce the environmental footprint along with their competitors in the industry, which I admire since they have a lot of packaging!
