Apple Watch Series 10 - Order arrived as expected on the free next day service - item exactly as described: brand new sealed in box. Overall great trouble free service and product

I bought AirPods from Dealbuyer thinking they were new, but although the item was used, the box was very dirty and the boxes wasn’t sealed There was no information stating that it was second-hand or refurbished. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

Disgusting service and untrustworthy. They will take your money and refund you an amount that is not your original refund. They also charge you for postage. The ceo Mark Mann is a scammer and he has no contact for himself. Avoid this scamming company.

item delivered and clearly not “ in excellent condition with little to no sign of use. They are normally ex display or fully tested change of mind customer returns”. in fact items showed quite deep scratches and quite heavy use. no box or any spare buds. and the standard reply showed they didn’t really care.
in regards to the reply stating the review is factually incorrect, the above description is YOUR description of the item . MY description of the item is it is in fact heavily marked and scratched so definitely not ex display or return. signs of use also around the button which indicates medium to heavy use.

Hadn't dealt with this company before, but the reviews were good, so decided to give it a go.
Had the item I wanted at a great price but marked as new other (open box). Needn't have worried as the item was pristine. OK, box had a little damage but what was inside was brilliant, just as described when I bought it.
Dispatch and delivery were very quick too. So all in all I'm very pleased and glad I went with it.
I would highly recommend this seller and I'll probably use them again in the future.

Fantastic after sales service, my air fryer was just over a year old when it broke down. I contacted Dealbuyer to ask what sort of guarantee they had, after providing proof of purchase, I returned my old one and they sent a brand new one the following day.

I was a bit skeptical at first, as I had never used this website and the prices were very good.

I purchased an apple watch, brand new but with an open box. My assumptions was it had been fully opened, maybe even tried on and then put back and with £50 off retail price, that was fair. However I was very surprised when it arrived, and only the outer box had been opened, the inner boxes holding the watch and strap were completely sealed! £50 below retail for this was amazing and it only took 2 days to arrive.

Purchased a Blaupunkt TV using Amazon Prime but it turns out it was supplied by Deal Buyer. TV arrived several days later but was in battered packaging and examining the interior it was clear that this was not a new TV. I applied for a refund but learn that it has to be sent back to Deal Buyer, not Amazon and their is no facility for pick up. I am 86 years old and stuck with a TV that has never been switched on and which I cant return for I have no transport.

1st order was refused as billing address didnt match the card details, my mistake, after speaking with customer services this was easily rectified and reorded.

Easy to order, and delivery was next day, by FedEx. Emails received with tracking information, so easy to plan around.

Fault with a wheel and after once again speaking with customer service the issue was resolved and a new wheel sent out, next day delivery.

Overall a really good experience and would recommend to others.

I bought a TV from this company and thought that the item was brand new, I wanted new, so I asked if it could be cancelled but it had already been dispatched ! I couldn't return it due to my disability so Deal_Buyer very kindly arranged for the TV purchase to be cancelled and they happily refunded my money.

Purchased a HP Envy laptop, fault occurs around 6 months after purchase. Which was repaired and returned without issue. Same fault, less than a year later. Device is now 18 months old and now refusing to repair. Will pursue this matter by whatever means it takes.

Updated to respond to your response, the second fault is the same as the original fault, your email trail timeline would prove this. You did not fight as hard as you could, the sales of good act/consumers rights act differs from your response. You will be receiving a small claims action any day, I will not this matter drop.

Bought Apple Watch 8 supposed to be excellent unused condition - a 14 day customer return. Terribly disappointed that it was dead. Rang apple they told me to return it to dealbuyer. After ringing dealbuyer I find that to request a return I’m charged for a premium rate number. Be careful - it’s just not worth the stress
