I ordered a pair in the ear hearing aids from this company.
The products arrived faulty and upon returning them as instructed, they were seized and returned by Chinese customs with some pathetic excuse as to why the delivery could not be made.
If you see something online you would like to purchase and they are the suppliers......AVOID THE TEMPTATION.

UTTER SCAM. I purchased a product from this site advertised in Instagram. What arrived was nothing in relation to what was advertised. Liasing with a Macel at support (at) dealiciously.com who agreed to refund, i returned product via registered post. Confused emails then asking for ref numbers and Silence since. Emailed Walbros and the parent company Hangzhou Sumai Technology Co.,Ltd. No.16, xisha No.5 street, Jianggan district, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China 310001 with no results or any communication. BUY NOTHING FROM THIS SITE.

Order #123794 never arrive and refund was never given even after numerous emails and complaints.They offered a refund but never issued it and never responded to any other email after. Don't waste your money.

A ridiculous company... bought a Handy Heater...arrived from the Netherlands and not usable in Canada and charged US dollars because they said they use PayPal.... I used my Visa credit card!
Told to send it back to China at my expense! Contacted Visa...and they need documentation froma third party expert to say the heater cannot be used in Canada....RIDICULOUS! I will take the $67.66 loss and consequently be sure to notify all of the terrible company... CIBC has also lost my business!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM! I ORDERED AND PAID FOR TWO ITEMS. THEY MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN SENT. WHEN YOU DON'T RECEIVE IT AND ASK THEM ABOUT IT THEY TELL YOU IT IS ON ITS WAY AND TO WAIT, IT NEVER ARRIVES (I ORDERED IN NOV. 2018, IT IS NOW MID-FEBRUARY 2019!). AFTER I THREATENED TO REPORT THEM TO THE FTC AND BBB IF THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE ME, THEY FINALLY AGREED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND SEND ME BACK MY MONEY, WHICH i RECEIVED PROMPTLY. EVEN THOUGH THEY PAID ME BACK, i WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

We order the dashcam back in early November 2018 and began receiving emails stating it would be delivered in December. We continued to get updates where the package was suppose to be. It got sent back and forth from one Northeast delivery center and back about three times. Then it showed an in transit to final destination without ever leaving that location. It was suppose to have U.S. Mail insurance to cover it. Never saw the package nor could it be found by the Postal Service. A fraudulent company for sure.

This company is a fraud never received the heated gloves and now I have to escalate a claim from Paypal to try to get my money back. I will never get back all the time I spent trying to track the gloves and deal with this terrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

I ordered an Electric Heater from Dealiciously on October 24, 2018, but I have not received it up to this date, January 30, 2019. All of my e-mail messages have been to no avail. Instead of responding to queries about my order,the company keeps telling me to "type my reply above this line" but, in fact, nothing can be typed above the mentioned line.
I can't afford to gift Dealiciously with my USD54.83.

I ordered gloves which took weeks to arrive, were overpriced and too big and after only a few wears the zipper broke.

I ordered the gloves on 17 Nov 18. They never arrived the shipment number I received didn't work for tracking and I was unable to contact them. Then all of a sudden at the end of December I started getting emails saying my order was delivered in December by Royal Mail, with the address of my local Royal Mail Depot and quoting a different shipment number. Order was most certainly not delivered by Royal Mail and after several emails back and forth with someone called Marcel, they have gone back to ignoring me as I am demanding a refund.

I have now bought some great gloves less than half the price from Amazon.

Really great! I find a good dashcam to a reasonable price!
I order, pay with PayPal, but I don't get any confirmation and of course no delivery. Something went wrong.
So, I order the same product again. And now it works. Three weeks later the parcel arrives. Everything is ok.
Everything? No I want back the money I paid for the first unexecuted order. But dealiciously support writes:
«we sent you the camera with tracking number ###.»
Sure. That is the tracking number of the second order.
After a long winded correspondence they admit that there were two payments but only one delivery.
Refund? No. No reaction.
So I opened a case in PayPal Buyer Protection.
Reaction of PayPal: If the product didn't meet your expectations, you may send it back to the seller.
How can I send back a parcel I never received?
I explained it to PayPal, but today PayPal wrote:
«We've completed our review and unfortunately are not able to decide this case in your favor. We attempted to use the return shipment tracking information you provided, but were unable to verify delivery to your seller.»
So I lost money and trusting in PayPal.
Bad experience.

Oh wonder:
Dealiciously sent a refund to PayPal.
And PayPal announces that the amount will be credited to my credit card «in a few days».
A happy end after 68 mails and 72 days?

I ordered the magnetic car windshield cover on Black Friday 2018 after seeing a Facebook ad that made it sound oh-so-savvy and cutting edge. It cost $25 (I believe shipping was included?); I thought the price seemed steep and I did hesitate, but I had never seen a comparable product and I didn't want to spend much time doing research because I had been trolling around on Facebook and did not want to be pulled away for too long from my fun! I'm sure companies like this that advertise on Facebook are counting on this distraction factor. But the product did look useful and the website was making me nervous saying there were only so-and-so amount of these covers left, and it pictured this clock showing minutes and seconds ticking away till the offer was over. I also ordered a Winter Wipe ice cleaner from Dealiciously "for the windows not covered by the windshield cover."

About a month later, I received the cover, but not the Winter Wipe, in a package from China. By that time, I had almost forgotten I'd ordered either. The cover was packed so tightly that after carefully cutting open the envelope as close to the edge as possible, I found that I had inadvertently cut off the bottom couple of millimeters of the pouch designed to hold the windshield cover. I soon realized that that was no great loss, though, because this pouch was a drawstring design and it fit the cover so tightly that there would have been no way to actually tighten the drawstring once the cover was inside. (A snap cover would have been the obvious design choice here.) In addition, there are NO magnets in this windshield cover and I have since found what looks like a better comparable product on Amazon for $4.99, with free shipping, which has not only magnets, but two nice bungee ties to secure the bottom half of the cover to the vehicle's front wheels.

The Dealiciously website had instructions on how to place their cover on the vehicle, but I figured I'd print out these instructions later and yeah, that website no longer exists. When I did a search for it, I found this site, full of complaints against the company, instead. No printed instructions came with my product, but luckily, I remembered that you're supposed to tuck the cover's sides into the vehicle doors. And yes, my credit card statement indicates that my order was placed to Canada.

At any rate, I put the cover on my van the night before last as the snow was starting to come down, and I did find it helpful when I cleaned my van off this morning, but small amounts of water had seeped beneath it and frozen on the windshield, so I had to remove a thin layer of ice from parts of my windshield, which this product was supposed to prevent. Perhaps the magnets that were supposed to be there to secure it to the top of my van would have helped. Maybe I will order the $4.99 product on Amazon and find out.

Update 1/15/19--I called my credit card company to complain about the charges for the two items I ordered and the rep. pointed out to me that I had actually been basically double-charged for these items two days in a row (only 4 cents difference)--the charges were on two consecutive credit card statements! I was immediately given a permanent credit on the double charge and a conditional credit on the original charge, which my credit card company will be investigating.

Update 1/24--my credit card company emailed me saying that the conditional credit for the original charge has been made permanent.

Total sham...wish I had come here first, but when I see the PayPal logo, I tend to assume they are a legit seller. I attempted to contact Dealiciously, using the email provided by PayPal, but initially got no response. It had been over 6 weeks and I wanted to know where my order was. I was still receiving sales ads from them, despite their website disappearing, so I forwarded my original email to that address instead and eventually got an answer. They claimed it was still in transit and please wait a little longer. I finally received it 2 months after my order had been placed. The gloves fit poorly (smallest size was too big) and the quality was questionable. The zippers were very difficult to move. I told them I was dissatisfied and wanted my money back, but they told me it was past the 'prescribed period' for exchange or refund (30 days from purchase). I wrote back telling them they had some f---ing nerve to say my time is up when it took twice that time to even receive it. How does one ask for an exchange or refund before the product is received?

PayPal has yet to provide any help and is just as culpable, as far as I'm concerned.

Got a bad camera. Customer service has done everything to avoid replacement.

Zero stars if that is an option! I havent even received the gloves I bought. I ordered them November 18th. Paypal Customer Service has has been worthless as well. Dealiciously went through a Canadian company Quebec Inc 9363-4590. The gloves arent worth the hassle! I'm going to stick with Amazon. I've had excellent service from Amazon. Dealiciously & Paypal will never get my business again!

Awful company!!!! I bought thirty dollar running gloves and the zippers broke immediately. I have tried to contact them but they do not answer emails and they do not return phone calls.....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED

Ordered a small plug in heater. Finally arrived, when plugged in, Nada, nothing. Sent email to company and they asked for video of the problem. Seriously, it just doesn't work. Obviously a fake company with no customer relations.
