Huge improvement
What a contrast to the last delivery. The driver, Tom, on his own, was helpful, friendly and relaxed. The door was brought into our home, unlike his colleagues who thought the doors were too heavy to carry between them! Tom has definitely raised the bar even if it was on the ground previously.
The quality and aesthetics of the doors are superb and customer services impressive also (thanks Keegan).

A zero star rating would be preferable
Please read what the Company says about itself and listen to the telephone sales speak whilst holding the line when calling the Company. You would be forgiven to expect excellence wouldn't you?
We tried to purchase 5 nice quality doors. The doors were Deanta Kensington Walnut fully finished 2 panel fire doors. We started in April 2024 with quotes and orders and we finally gave up in November 2024 having received 5 separate deliveries of doors, each delivery on inspection rejected and returned due to basic joinery workmanship defects, scratches, damage etc
Tack holes left unfilled and unfinished and simply painted over in the last 2 deliveries, unbelievably poor workmanship and we were advised that our expectations may be too high! The last delivery arrived with quality control inspected labels as we had requested that the doors were fully inspected prior to delivery. Once again we were let down by unfilled unfinished tack holes that had simply been sprayed over. How could these have got through quality control?

Poor product, poor service
In association with leader doors the service and quality of product is poor. Returned doors back to this company and received zero communication in respect of a refund or any acknowledgement of the overall poor service.

They don't care about the environment
Having spent hours deciding on which doors we were going to buy and been quoted by one of Deantas suppliers for a single length of skirting when I placed the order I was told that Deanta would no longer supply a single length and I would have to buy a pack of 4.
Their website has a whole page telling how committed they are to the environment so I called to appeal to them to supply a single 3.6m length ( I only needed 2m for a very small landing that I was fitting 3 doors into including frames and architrave sets) but they were adamant that I had to buy 4 lengths so 12m more than the 2m I needed. When I told them about their environmental policy and that I would be taking most of the product straight to landfill they just laughed at me. As it happens it was timber and not the mdf I was expecting so it will go on the log burner but it still isn't environmentally friendly on their part.
In response to the reply form Deanta, they were fully aware that my goods were drop shipped so my "Supplier" not "Stockist" wasn't able to help. Its also poor form to put this onto your stockist, you could easily create a new product code with a pack size of 1.
