In stock....but not really in stock

The door I ordered was is stock according to the website, so I was expecting it within the next seven working days. No notifications were sent concerning the status of the order so after at least ten days I gave them a ring.
The door was not in stock! (It is still 'in stock' on the website).
So I have asked for a refund which hopefully will arrive soon.
Very poor service.

I’m extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid a hefty £40 for delivery with clear instructions that my order would arrive on Wednesday 11th March and that a signature would be required. However, this was completely ignored.
The item was actually delivered on Monday 9th, without any notification or updated delivery information.
Even more concerning, the door was left unattended outside my property for around 24 hours with no signature obtained—despite this being a stated requirement.
This left my purchase exposed to potential theft, damage, and weather conditions.
I received no confirmation email, no delivery updates, and no communication whatsoever about the change in delivery date. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told there is nothing they can do - I should have been informed, which clearly did not happen. Ethan from customer service team was extremely dismissive and rude. They were not interested at all, refusing to refund the hefty delivery fee!

Overall, the service I paid for was not delivered as promised. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, and I would expect better communication, adherence to delivery terms, and basic care for customers’ purchases. Very unhappy!

We're sorry to hear of the issues you’ve experienced with your delivery. We use a third-party courier service, and this is not the service we pay for, our agreement with the couriers is that all deliveries must be booked in with the customer and that all deliveries are to be signed for on receipt, this is also clearly stated on the shipping label on the door. We sincerely apologise that this process was not followed in your case. Please be assured that this will be raised with them to prevent this from happening again. As there are no issues with the product itself, there unfortunately isn't much more we can do beyond apologising and reporting this to the couriers for improvement.

Would give zero stars if that was an…

Would give zero stars if that was an option, doors delivered damaged and customer services not interested or prepared to help. Lack of knowledge in the customer service department on customer rights - avoid this company unless you are prepared to receive faulty goods

Do not trust the company!

Ordered doors 2 weeks ago and they arrived 5 days ago without all the handles I'd ordered. I've been chasing for 5 days and they can't even answer when they will be sent out, nobody keeps me updated despite numerous call to case then today. Not happy.

SLOW AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a door on 12/01. At the time of purchase, I was informed it was out of stock, and the delivery was rescheduled to 03/02, which I accepted.

However, by 11/02 the door still hadn’t arrived, so I contacted customer service to chase the order. I was then told there had been another delay in restocking. Because of this, I requested a refund the same day. Strangely, immediately after requesting the refund, I received a text from their courier asking me to arrange delivery, which was very confusing.

On the arranged delivery date, the driver knocked once while my builder was operating machinery and didn’t realise someone was at the door. The driver did call me, but I was in a meeting and missed the call, which I acknowledge was partly my fault. (P.S. I had 3 other deliveries from other companies at the same day, they delivered to my address without any problems, only they had a problem delivering my order.)

I expressed my frustration in the email for the failed delivery, and their team member Jesse replied with an unapologetic tone and told me I either pay for an extra £40 redelivery or I can cancel my order, which left me no choice, so I reluctantly paid on 24/2.

10 days after paying the redelivery fee, I finally received another delivery notification. But on the scheduled day, the courier texted me in the morning saying they had not received my order from the depot, so the delivery was cancelled again....!!!

Since then, I have chased the company twice by email. No one has contacted me, and the door is still nowhere to be seen.

Today is 16/03, over two months after ordering, and I still don’t have the door, nor an answer when my order will be delivered...

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with poor communication, poor customer after-sales service, repeated delays, and no accountability.

We're sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with your order.

The dates provided for out of stock items on your order confirmation are estimated restocking dates, unfortunately these can move due to factors outside of our control affecting the containers docking into the UK, we do however apologise if you were not updated on the restocking dates.

A delivery date was accepted by yourself and we attempted delivery on this date, we also tried to contact you when there was no answer at your delivery address. Unfortunately, as we could not reach contact the delivery was failed and therefore as we are charged by the couriers to get this rescheduled we would require a redelivery fee.

We agree that the lack of delivery since repaying is not acceptable and has been escalated. The courier we used to deliver this order has recently been acquired by DX and since they have been transitioning over it has affected deliveries. We were not forewarned of this, we were assured that all deliveries would take place as normal, so to experience delivery issues is extremely disappointing and not the service we wish to provide our customers with. Please be assured we are working to improve this situation and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, we have also since processed a refund for the redelivery fee you have paid.

Top quality doors

The ordering process was easy, I required 2 different door types and 3 different sizes which were all in stock, they were delivered within a week and the quality of the doors is very good.

Avoid!

Found damage on door within 2 weeks of receipt. Contacted them and they said that you must report within 48 hours and refused to replace /refund. This is not a legal policy. Do not use!

We state clearly in our terms and conditions and in bright red writing on your order confirmation that all damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery taking place, after this time frame claims may be rejected. Your order was delivered on 19/02 with damages not being reported until 09/03, unfortunately as these doors had been on site for 18 days before this was reported and this is significantly more than the time frame we give to inspect the doors we were unable to assist any further. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Very weak website and I been waiting…

Very weak website and I been waiting for my order 3-4 weeks. They not aware me that some of the items is not in stock. Highly not recommended 👎

Our website clearly states prior to ordering if any items are out of stock, and the estimated restocking dates. This information is also confirmed on your order confirmation that you received after placing the order.

Due to items being out of stock the full order is held until all items are available, unless a split is requested by you, this information is also outlined on your order confirmation. As this information was provided prior to ordering and is stated in your order confirmation , we feel that this review is unfair as we have made every effort to ensure customers are fully informed about stock availability prior to completing their purchase.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Cannot get through to anyone to help. Delayed delivery, missing parts and still waiting three weeks later. Do not use.
