Dean Wilson have been supportive and correct on advising us as lease owners managing lease extensions and disputes. We worked with them exclusively and they know our property well and the categories of issues associated with UK properties and leases.

Jennie at Dean Wilson LLP was AMAZING from beginning to end. She helped me understand the process we would need to go through and supported me through it. She made it as painless as possible and help move the process along in a timely fashion and get to the right outcome!.

My opponents lawyer (Sarah Phillips) throughout the family court process was at Dean Wilson, she is a partner. Lawyers have an ethical obligation to report perjury if they become aware of it. After it became undeniably clear my daughters mother had committed perjury in 2022, Lawyer decided not to report it and carry on representing her, whilst also trying to gaslight me in an official statement. When I questioned Dean Wilson and gave them a chance to explain themselves, they ignored me, A partner at a law firm breaking the law is not a good sign, they are now being reported to the SRA

The two from DW that guided me through my business purchase were extremely helpful and patient, as the process took longer than expected. They provided reassurance along the way and were on hand to answer any question or query I had. Would very much recommend them.

My property purchase has been handled by 3/4? different solicitors at Dean Wilson so far, not all of whom respond to emails or provide any updates.

I understand that there can be staff leave and other changes to account for in a workplace but this should not prevent a basic level of communication with a customer.

This sale has taken 7 months so far, the majority of that time with no updates from Dean Wilson up until my case was transferred to a different person in November 2024. She did get in touch and provide updates and documents for me to sign, thank you.

Since then another solictor is now handling my case and communication has reverted to the default zero replies.

Dean Wilsons represented me after a careless driver put me in the hospital for a month and left me with a heavily damaged foot. Dealing with the accident was a physically and emotionally painful time but my injury solicitor Alex was the best help I could ask for! When the process was not running smoothly due to opposing factors he was always on hand to provide guidance, support, and explain the legal terms in plain English without making me feel silly. When there were times when I would slip into despair worrying about my case I could always count on Alex. Though my injury business is over with Dean Wilson I will be calling for their services when I require legal representation to purchase a home. I could not recommend this solicitors firm more!
