In the process of selling our relatives home in a particularly stressful time, the Debbie fortune move manager allowed buyers to access the property prior to completion whereupon they decimated the garden and trespassed on the property. We did not feel looked after by estate agency andyer we complained annd the buyers trespassed again and then tried to claim money for damages they caused whilst trespassing. We felt this was just a process for them after they failed to complete the sale when it sold over year ago. We made a complaint and this has been brushed off and swept under the carpet by the directors. Particularly unhelpful disjointed sales team with no dedicated focal person. Poor estate agency, look elsewhere- plenty in the locality.

Wendy showed us round 3 properties after telling her what we’re looking for. Very nice to find an estate agent who is pro active about trying to sell properties.

We have been renting from Debbie Fortune for the last 18 months and from the start they have been friendly and approachable. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently with excellent communication. Thanks Vicki for all your help.

Being involved in a chain can lead to delays and frustrations caused by lack of communication. I was at the top of a chain, with Scott Higgins dealing with my purchase. There were several setbacks throughout the negotiations but it was always Scott who took the time to communicate down the chain and keep the proceedings moving. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will certainly be using him when I next move house.

This was so refreshing! Jo was the first agent I’ve experienced who actually wanted to sell the property she was showing us. Her open & honest enthusiasm for the house was completely infectious. Wish they were closer to us to be able to market ours! Thank you!

My elderly dad recently used Debbie Fortune to sell his property after he found a property to buy that was listed with them. All the way through the process they were really helpful in explaining things to my dad, they then followed this up with a call to me so I was aware of the progress. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and every was dedicated to helping the process run smoothly and answer any questions we had. Even after my dad moved in we had a couple of questions with the new property and they were able to find us the answers.
