Shockingly poor customer service. I'll never shop with Debenhams ever again. I've had to resort to initiating a chargeback with my credit card company after Debenhams refused to refund me.

Great service
Great service, order arrived ahead of time, needed to return one item , brought it to local store and refund on my card within 2 days. Effortless buy which would encourage me to buy from them whenever I can over other stores or sites

made two orders - none received
made two orders - one got lost and the other never progressed past taking my money - chap on phone kept apologising and I know its not his fault but it means I am out of pocket for nearly two weeks and nothing to show for it except bank charges for the four transactions no present to give family member and no outfit to wear to the occasion
and absolutely no mention of some kind of compensation for the inconvenience
