James Kalis was very professional and helpful to me started in the program. He answered all my questions.

My experience was the best ever, Phone etiquette, her customer service were 10+ and her patience was very calm, helped me to understand and not feel bad about having her to repeat things for clarity. I hope you use this call for training, really she was the best, her tone never changed.

Mrs. Kayleigh was the best person I ever had the pleasure to speak with, she is very knowledgeable about, what your rights are as a borrower, and she seems to take her job personal, but in a positive way. I feel like I can breathe easier financially knowing someone like her is fighting for my right to pay at a affordable rate, that will not leave me homeless.

Thanks to James Kalis!!!! Which he’s actually made my day !!! I was unaware of my student debt until I received the email that I’ve fell into default. James was more than helpful & very informative! I was able to ask questions and get the correct feedback. He broke EVERYTHING down to me which made it easier for me to understand what was going on. He did a great & was also very nice! Thanks James for helping out big time & I definitely would recommend you to others !!

He’s genuinely a caring and thoughtful person. You can tell he loves what he does. I actually called the number prior to speaking with him and got thee rudest person. Steve Modde was very freindly and patient with me. I had given him my concern about being scammed in the past from someone claiming to assist me with my debt payments. He assured me that this program was legit and I would not have to worry. I felt comfortable speaking with him and sharing my personal information. I look forward to have this debt reduced so that I can breath a little easier.

James was very sympathetic and empathetic to my situation. He was very thorough with the information that I needed to know. He gave me certain information that gave me reason to trust him. I have other companies call and tried to get mat to pay large amounts of money and asked for information that they should have had. James explained things in an easy to understand and eased my apprehension about the whole process. It put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence that he and the company have my best interest at heart.
