I have to be honest, I did not expect what I got when I made this phone call. My student loan payments were killing me.....and I just could not get ahead of them. So when I saw the add for DebtEaze's Student Loan Help, I figured......why not?! One of the best decisions I ever made! Craig was beyond awesome! He was super attentive and very thorough! On top of that, he was super kind and respectful! His customer service was AMAZING! He was able to figure out what was going on with my student loans, place me in immediate forbearance, and lower my payments by approx. $1800. THIS IS NOT A DRILL PEOPLE! Tell a friend to tell a friend to tell a friend!!! PS......the service is TOTALLY FREE! Thanks Craig!!!

I have had a great experience and awesome outcome with DebtEaze! I have been genuinely amazed at the level of customer service I received from every single employee I have talked to with the company. They have all been friendly and most importantly extremely knowledgeable about the process of Student Loan management. Kaitlyn was incredibly effective in getting things done and making me feel comfortable with the process. She kept me informed and answered all my questions.

Here's the thing...I know the government says I don't need help from a third party to get on a repayment plan that I can afford but I also know that I would have never gotten this far without professional help! Many of my college friends finally gave up trying for lower payments because the process was so long and difficult. When your car breaks down you go to a mechanic, when your sink is clogged you call a plumber, when you need help navigating your student loans you call DebtEaze! That's what I did and now I have student loan payments that are easily affordable. I am thrilled with the service I received and highly recommend them!
