Shabana was very thorough and meticulous. My debt problems remain, but I now have a clearer picture of how far my income falls below my outgoings. I do not yet know how I will resolve this, but I have an order of those creditors I will approach explaining that I cannot pay them.

Carita was beyond helpful during the most difficult time of my life. Been through the worst. Home eviction. No income. Teenage costs. Cost of living crisis. Relying on grants.
