Excellent company and helpful staff. Very informative in helping you get out of debt and stay debt free with their tools available.

Austin was incredibly professional, thorough and patient with me. He took the time to answer all of my questions (I had a lot) and put me at ease. Unrelated to Austin's customer service, the online portal is a little cumbersome and could use some alterations to make it easier (in my opinion) to navigate. Also, there were some oddities where the price of service fee changed at random by $1 more. Granted it's just a dollar but its the principle. Overall a good first time experience using this kind of service.

I had become very overwhelmed with credit card debt. I am a retired senior just living on Social Security and healing from brain surgery, so I can no longer drive. I am so glad that I contacted DebtHelper.com. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and explained what the company could do for me. It only took a little work on my part to provide the information needed, and DebtHelper.com took over the rest. I could not get my credit card company to work with me to reduce my interest. I had almost 17 thousand in debt with them. I was only paying on the interest for the last 4 years. Was getting no where.
