Over paid my Iva by 6 months
Over paid my Iva by 6 months! 6 months of stress n hassle from them. Constant hassles sorting things with them.

Hi Ian. Occasionally overpayments can occur, for example if a creditor with a large debt decides not to submit a claim into the IVA. This can result in other creditors being paid in full, depending on your affordability. When this occurs, we'll always look to arrange a refund back to you. This was a great company who help me when needed and also sorted all my finances out and got to pay back at what I could afford which was great they took time too work out how much I could afford and when the best day was too pay for me great company thank you for all your help and support when needed

I have been in touch my email for weeks…
I have been in touch my email for weeks now, still not had contact back. I received email when stated correct email I could contact them on but still no response due to an illness & mentally health issue I need to get contact. Each time I call I am promised call back but still nothing.

Susan my Case Manager
Susan my Case Manager. I honestly can’t thank Susan enough for everything she has done, she has been amazing. Instead of just treating my case as a spreadsheet and calculating the numbers, Susan looked at my situation and how it was affecting my family personally and managed to get my creditors to agree to resolving my case. The weight it has lifted is unbelievable. Thank you so much for all your help Susan, I really won't forget it :-) x

Case manager Chan! Excellent
Simple matter is the case manager Chan! He was so helpful and professional with my case. He listened to my situation and made me feel calmer about things. Communication for 10/10. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs help.

My wife recieved an email saying we were in arrears which was worrying, whenever we miss a payment we have always called and made arrangements, my wife tried to call somebody but it sent us straight to a call centre and we havent heard anythint since, its been 3 days and now we dont know what to do. We dont seem to be getting a response via emails either. Up until now they have always been good and understanding.

The right person doing the job
Chan Busawon did a thorough investigation and after three months of worrying that I was going to have to pay more money, Chan found that I didn’t. He also found that I had been told the wrong information, was being charged too much and my IVA breach was removed.
