I bought a beautiful decadorn necklace,sadly the second time I wore it the chain broke. Clearly not very good quality

Receive the Strength pendant with pearl and star. Disappointed as the pictures look a lot bigger than the stone I received. I forgot to check and measure before ordering. There was no returns slip with the item so felt obliged to keep. No good if your used to wearing chunky jewellery. I probably will not make any further purchases.

My necklace was dispatched quickly and was tracked. There are similar necklaces on the market for a lot more £££. Very happy with how it looks.

Disappointed that one of the pendant tumble stones on the bespoke necklace had a very noticeable chip in it and the gold initial disc had a dent. I bought the gift for a friend for her birthday and felt embarrassed giving it to her in that state. Felt like a big waste of money which is upsetting as I previously had a great experience with Decadorn.

We purchased the Tiny Tumbled Family Birthstones necklace for our daughter, which she's delighted with. The colours of the stones are beautiful, enhanced by the gold settings, making such a special keepsake, many thanks.

Was given one of the labradorite gold-plated necklaces for Christmas. Nice chain design but the collection of pendants are tiny, a bit rough round the edges and look like they are wrapped in plastic foil rather than gold plate. My partner was disappointed to see the size of them when I opened it on Christmas Day as he'd ordered the necklace gift-wrapped and had only seen it online. The information that came with it said it's made of steel under the plating. Personally I don't think it's worth the money and would only buy another in sterling silver. Pretty enough but overpriced.
