After researching One Stop Shop and individual approach options for obtaining SEAI grants, for both an energy retrofitting upgrade and house extension, I was generally unhappy to proceed with either option. However after further Investigation I came upon Decarb Contracts Ltd, who provided another option on how to facilitate the SEAI grant process. From initial contact with Decarb to the final conclusion of the process, I was completely satisfied with the service provided and with the professionalism of the company and staff members.
They made the process stress free and looked after all aspects of the grant process from start to finish. I would rate this company very highly and I am are very happy to recommend them.

We are Chartered Engineers and Assigned Certifiers and we work with Decarb on a regular basis. We have found them extremely efficient and see the project right through. We would highly recommend Decarb for all refurbishments & SEAI grants.

From the first phone call the team at DCarb were very informative and helpful. The whole process of how the grant applications and timelines for the project would work was well explained and followed through exactly as stated. There were a number of site visits from Dara and John and these were very helpful to ensure all aspects required for the grants were met. The service they offer is comprehensive. Lots of good advice at the beginning to make sure the project is set up well. Generally at the end of the phone if I have urgent requests.

One issue is communication. Emails I sent looking for updates were not answered. There were instances of professionals looking for access to site giving little notice. I was not informed that the grant was reduced due to an issue along the way which I was unaware of. These are easy errors if you are used to dealing with builders instead of a house owner like me.

Overall a good one stop shop.
