We had a long standing relationship with the broker that we previously used. They were mediocre, but adequate. Since moving our business to Dedola, it has been made clear on how we were conditioned to accepting mediocrity. Dedola has been proactive in helping us find more efficient/less expensive routing of our shipments. Instead of us having to always initiate contact, they are proactive and extremely responsive. Very happy that we changed!

I am a small US importer shipping from Asia to the US via expedited ocean and right now I am mostly focused on growing my business, which is critical. I can't afford to deal with shipping issues - mentally and financially. Finding and working with Dedola was a true blessing for me as they really stepped in as a partner and handled everything I personally didn't want to be dealing with. That was just the start... but then they showed me how I could save costs and prevent delays. My beauty business is small but they made me feel like their only client, even though they are a 50-year old company and work with much bigger accounts. I am so grateful and they just offered me a strategy session to review other shipping lanes so I can keep growing my business. They are not just a freight forwarder, they are a partner and I wouldn't trade them for another company that might be a bit cheaper.
