Really easy site to use, very straightforward to apply. Different options if you need your deed next day. I called up to ask for advice , spoke to a lovely lady who went through everything with me and put my mind at ease. There’s also an option to get extra copies when you order, I did this and I’m really glad I did. You can sent out your numerous places at once rather than one after another. Saves a lot of time. Would highly recommend.

Deed poll office were so helpful to me, after me realising using the government deed poll, I would be waiting up to a year to get my name changed. Excellent service! Documents sent ahead of estimate time. Only held up by Royal Mail due to Christmas period but no issues whatsoever with presenting the Deed Poll to authorities to facilitate name change. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I used this service to try changing my name after getting married. I got my deed polls, signed them as instructed however they are not being accepted as proof of name change. I emailed them about the problems I was having and they sent a long email repeatedly telling me it was an error on the DVLA side, that I absolutely and definitely only need the deed poll as proof, that I don't need to send a passport with my new name on and they would help me to sort this mess out if I confirmed what I was trying to change. I told them I sent my paperwork, deed poll and old license to the DVLA and it was returned to me denied and their response was oh you need to change your passport.

So along with their guide that didn't really do much guiding on where to start, they keep changing their information and contradicting themselves. I am so frustrated and angry but what do they care now they have scammed money from me? Just send contradicting information over 2 emails, that's fine.
