Gold & Jewelry businesses stay away if you don’t want to lose millions of dirhams.

Every word their leasing team says is a lie. All they do is lie in your face espicially Khizer Rahman. I’m writing this review after 5 years on this project.

Unfortunately, the Ithra team has failed to promote this place, and no sales are happening in this area.

Even worse than this is the treatment of the Ithra leasing and management team.

They are focused only on the short term and when you go to renew your contract they add so many fees to force you to leave so they can lease it to someone else.

This year they increased the rent by 50% when they are only allowed based on land department rules to increase the rent by 15% only.

​I hope there are some fundamental changes in staff and management otherwise this project will not survive any longer.
