£1100 for 14K gold? That’s kind of expensive and is not even the best gold. 24K is the best gold. How much would you charge for that? 🤦‍♀️

I haven’t received my items yet but I already want to share how wonderful my experience with Deja Marc has been. I changed my mind about the items I wanted, and they handled everything immediately, responding quickly and offering thoughtful advice to help me achieve exactly the result I hoped for.
Their attention to detail and genuine care truly stand out. You can feel that everyone at Deja Marc really puts their heart into their work and genuinely cares about their customers. Once my items arrive (the hand and footprints of my children) I’ll make sure to upload photos!

A family member very close to me was dying, so I decided to take his fingerprints while he was still alive and make a keepsafe necklace. Although it was expensive, it was something I cared about and needed to be of high quality. In return, I received the most beautiful necklace that I wear every single day (even in the shower, though they recommend not to) and it is still so beautiful.

I purchased a gemstone to go with it, and at one point it fell out. I was heartbroken but I contacted the company and they sent me a new one free of charge.

Fast forward two years later I wanted a new necklace in a different colour as I've gone from a silver girlie to a gold girlie. I can't find the fingerprints anywhere. I'm so stressed and upset. I contacted the company on the off chance they have kept them on file AND THEY HAVE!!! Not only am I able to purchase a new beautiful necklace to remember my person, but they also sent me a copy of his fingerprint for me to keep digitally forever.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Australia-based, so attentive, such quality. I was hesitant at first because $150-$200 is a lot of money but it is so so worth it.

Extremely disappointed with Deja Marc. My husband bought me a necklace with our son’s foot on it for his birth. It broke after just 10 months , not the clasp, the actual chain snapped for no reason. No pulling, no damage, just poor quality. They refused to fix it, saying their warranty is only 6 months. For such an expensive and sentimental gift, this is unacceptable. Overpriced, low quality, and zero support. Avoid.

Love it!!!!! I bought it in Uk for my niece in India as I was travelling there. Fingerprint kit was easy to use, they reply promptly and accept requests. Got a perfect gift for my sister with heart shaped fingerprints pendent with name engraved. Highly recommended.

Love love love! I was hesitant to get one but my friend convince me! Its a great way to keep my little boy tiny fingerprint just before he turns one! I have mine for over a year now. No tarnishing no faded. The only little thing was my necklace snapped lucky I manage to notice on time otherwise Id loose my pendant. I emailed Deja Marc and since the necklace was only few months old then they send me another necklace as a replacement.

I also just placed another order for my partner’s necklace! Looking forward to receive soon.

I was a little wary about buying from a company advertising on facebook that didn’t have any reviews on here, but I figured my wife would love a necklace with our son’s fingerprint and our puppy’s paw print enough for me to take the risk.

They we’re really helpful with enquiries and the necklace I received looks just like their adverts on social media.

A word of caution though, obtaining the finger and paw prints is trickier than I thought it would be, and you may want to put newspapers down when doing the paw print as they may well run off with an inky foot!
