Sehr schöner Schmuck, bin ganz begeistert von dem Design.
Selbst bei Lieferschwierigkeiten ein super netten Kontakt und zuvorkommend, lösungsorientiert.

Leider keine gute Qualität. Ich bin auf die Homepage und die "guten" Bewertungen und das Sale reingefallen. Nach langer Wartezeit, mit Versand aus China, kamen die Artikel an. Das Material ist sehr sehr leicht und sieht nicht wertig aus, ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass hier Edelstahl geschweige eine Vergoldung verwendet wurde. Zudem ähnelt das Produkt überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf den Fotos (Bsp. Kette BohoCross viel kleiner als auf dem Bild und sieht anders aus)...

Absoluter Reinfall, selbst für ein Angebot noch zu teuer. Schmuck nicht wie abgebildet, wahrscheinlich nicht mal Edelstahl sondern billiges Metall. Versand hat Wochen gedauert, obwohl Lieferung innerhalb ein paar Tagen angegeben war. Kurz und knapp: billiger China Dreck und definitiv nie wieder!!!

Ich habe die Luna Moon Kette am 9.6.25 bestellt und warte mittlerweile seit 14 Tagen auf die Lieferung. Es wurde eine schnelle Lieferung versprochen. Daher kann ich leider keine positive Bewertung abgeben, selbst wenn die Kette irgendwann ankommt und mir evtl. gefällt. Lieferzeit finde ich grenzwertig.

Website claims to ship items in 1-3 business days. This did not happen. When I reached out Sarah said the website had an error and the silver crescent moon weren’t available but would be by the following week, two weeks later- no update and no order. When I reached out she got very defensive (in the same way you see her deal with the other complaints on here). Apparently I’m getting a refund but it was still very frustrating. Don’t bother ordering from this company, I found the same jewellery on Etsy anyway!

I purchased the crescent moon earrings and they are lovelier than expected. I absolutely love wearing them and I get so many compliments. I mistakenly thought the delivery didn't make it to my home - when actually a neighbour had picked it up - Sarah was so helpful in trying to track the parcel, and then replaced them without question. Once I discovered my neighbour had taken delivery for me and let Sarah know, she was happy for me to keep the second pair rather than return them. So my neighbour now has a lovely pair of crescent moon earrings too. So kind and gracious - and clearly talented too. I will be purchasing more from Sarah The Label!

Ich habe mir im Februar‘25 die Halbmond Ohrringe bestellt. Sie kamen gut und sehr hübsch verpackt in einer Sarah the Label Dose an.
Nach wenigen Tagen, hatte sich ein Ohrring selbstständig gemacht, der dann leider verloren ging. Weltuntergangsgefühle kamen in mir hoch….
Dennoch für Sarah kein Problem😎. Nach einer sehr liebevollen und aufmerksamen Kommunikation, hatte sie mir, ohne auch nur eine Minute darüber nachzudenken, neue geschickt🙏. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet.

Sarah was very helpful in resolving my delivery issue. The driver left my package in a common area and did not deliver to the door of my address. As a result the package was stolen.
Sarah's response time was quick and she was happy to assist with my situation and send a replacement. I look forward to receiving my necklace. Thanks for your help Sarah.

Vorweg sind die Ohrringe ein Highlight und Hingucker! Sie haben eine sehr gute Qualität und sind vorallem auch so schön leicht! Ich hatte auch noch Fragen zum Versand und habe sofort eine super liebe Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich kann Sarah The Label und den Schmuck jedem weiterempfehlen!

I purchased a few items for gifts and unfortunately they arrived way later than expected due to high demand in a sales period so didn’t end up gifting them. I had to follow up my orders a couple of times but the team were very responsive and apologetic once brought to their attention. I can’t fault Sarah the label’s “customer service and want” to turn it around to be a positive experience. Products I ordered were pretty and will gift them on to another friend when it’s their birthday. I can happily recommend this company.

My whole experience with Sarah is one of kindness and compassion. This business is really putting there customers at the heart of there work, her combination of producing beautiful jewellery together with incredible customer service. I highly recommend supporting such businesses.

My order arrived and a product was missing. I emailed and received a response very quickly. The mistake was fixed. All goods received in a great turnaround of time. Lovely product and even better customer service.emailing to and fro was in a timely, friendly and helpful manner. Highly recommend.

I received the Boho moon earrings - they were not even attached. They were well packacged but no good if they are broken.

However, I can’t fault Sarah the lLbel’s “customer service and want” to turn it around to be a positive experience. They gor i touch and reposted the same item with matching necklace I had not ordered. They seemed keen to turn a negative experience positive into a positive one.

Die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Der Kundendienst sehr vorkommend und unkompliziert.
Die Ohrringe gehören zu meinen Lieblingsstücken. Sie sind wunderschön. 🤩

The jellewry is super! I totally love it. The earring like “Boho Moon, are not to big and not too small, the design is great. As well I ordered a couple more things like the happy face earrings and the basic ones rounded, those are actually classy. I’m very happy, and Costumer service is very responsive. They have helped me out with an issue I had with one of my earrings.
