Le rose sono semplicemente stupende, curate nei minimi dettagli e di una qualità davvero superiore. Ma ciò che rende l’esperienza ancora più straordinaria è la dedizione dell’Amministratore Delegato, che incarna pienamente i valori dell’azienda.
Si è personalmente adoperato per chiarire e risolvere un fraintendimento, dimostrando attenzione, responsabilità e un sincero rispetto per il cliente. Un gesto tutt’altro che scontato, che testimonia una cultura aziendale fondata sulla cura e sulla serietà.
Una persona esemplare, capace di trasformare un semplice acquisto in un’esperienza di autentica fiducia e professionalità.

My experience with Deluxy Flowers Delivery has been nothing short of an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. For a company that touts itself as a "premium" flower delivery service, their performance was not only abysmal but frankly, quite scandalous.

Like many, I wanted to send a special floral arrangement for Valentine's Day. I specifically ordered from Deluxy, placing my trust in their supposed premium status for a guaranteed delivery on February 14th. I understood that V-Day is a busy time, which is precisely why I chose a service that claimed to offer superior reliability.

The flowers, naturally, did not arrive on February 14th. This, in itself, was deeply disappointing, leaving my intended recipient without the gesture of love I had planned. However, the true outrage began two full days after the intended delivery date.

On February 16th, I received a message from Deluxy Flowers. To my disbelief, this message informed me that they were unable to deliver the flowers as promised. But wait, it gets infinitely worse. Instead of a heartfelt apology, a full refund, or an explanation for their colossal failure, they had the unmitigated audacity to ask me for extra money to deliver the flowers!

This is beyond ridiculous; it's an outright scam. How can a "premium" service fail to deliver on the promised date (the most important flower-delivery day of the year, no less), wait two days to inform the customer of their failure, and then attempt to extort additional funds to rectify their own mistake?

The humiliation and disappointment caused to both myself and the intended recipient are immeasurable. Valentine's Day is about expressing love and appreciation, and Deluxy completely ruined that special gesture, turning it into a source of frustration and anger. My recipient was left feeling forgotten, and I was left feeling foolish, ripped off, and utterly disgusted by Deluxy's business practices.

Their operational failure, combined with their brazen request for more money days after the fact, paints a picture of a company with zero respect for its customers, its own supposed standards, or basic business ethics. This isn't premium service; it's predatory and incompetent.

I strongly advise anyone considering Deluxy Flowers for any occasion, but especially for crucial dates like Valentine's Day, to look elsewhere. Save yourself the heartache, embarrassment, and potential financial gouging. There are countless other reliable florists who actually deliver on their promises – and on time – without resorting to such outrageous tactics. Deluxy Flowers proved to be nothing more than a premium-priced disappointment.

Ottima Esperienza

Se la persona che riceverà il pacco non sa nulla, abita in un condominio ed è abituata a chiedere di mettere i pacchi nell'ascensore, non fa per voi. Oppure, siate molto chiari e specificate bene il da farsi prima dell'acquisto.
Il corriere deluxy non dice che la consegna è speciale o a mano.. e le persone che ne sanno cosa sia deluxy detto velocemente al citofono?
Quindi il pacco, nel mio caso, è stato lasciato per terra nell'ascensore. Per fortuna non gli avevo affidato anche il regalo (prezioso), ma solo un pensiero.
Alla mia richiesta di rimborso del solo costo di spedizione, all'inizio mi hanno dato un buono per un'altra spedizione (a cui comunque avrei dovuto aggiungere qualcosa nel loro sito da consegnare), in seguito il mio caso è arrivato al Responsabile che mi ha rimborsato la consegna. Quindi devo dire che il servizio clienti è stato successivamente molto buono.

Fiori stupendi arrivati in tempi record. Massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Consigliatissimo
