Complete scam

Complete scam. Advertise that the company is in London but all products are from China. Trainers delivered are a cheap knock off.
Costs to send back to China as they say they are going to give refund but then it gets redirected to you si just pay for it to go around the world and bk.

Go to temu, same product at a fraction of the cost and better service.

Wrong product sent, the Color I ordered was not what I got. Huge upcharge since the same product is available from sites like temu for a fraction of the price. Return policy is customer paid to their plant in China to the tune of around $100. This is a scam, Chinese reseller that gives you the impression they are manufacturing these shoes. Go to temu, you get the same thing with better service.

when i finally got a response from them regarding a full refund due to a sizing issue (their XXL shirt is actually a Med. with a XXL label) they said I could keep the shirts and get 20% off next order or keep the shirts and receive 15% back in refund or pay to ship it back to Central Asia and wait for the refund. I really hope people read these complaints as this is a complete scam

Robbed me

Robbed me. Paid £60 and some proper badly made trousers sent to me three and a half weeks after I ordered them, only to send them back due to being a crap product .Poor customer service , don't respond DO NOT USE this charlatan so called clothing company. Sent my items back tracked Royal Mail and two weeks later STILL no refund, I'm pretty sure I've been robbed plain and simple

Poor service. No communication

Unfortunately I have done the same as the last guy to leave a review and ordered before reading the reviews. Ordered several items from this site after they kept coming up in my social media. Got an order confirmation and have waited almost two weeks. Have emailed and had no reply. Have used Facebook messenger
 no reply. Also Instagram
 no reply.

I still get emails marketing emails from them and had one today. A response from someone would be nice.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company, Just wish I'd read the reviews first (Lesson Learned).

- Order placed 25.07.24 (Now 02.08.24)
- No delivery details received.
- No response to Instagram messages.
- E-mailed the address on website only to receive a bounce back. likely due to their inbox / server being full.

If you don't want to lose your money, do not order.

Correct, your order was placed on the 16th June and was fully refunded on the 9th July due to significant delays beyond our control, as advised on numerous correspondence through Facebook messages and emails.

Many of the messages we sent were in response to threats you placed and personal attacks on our founders.

Your original order has been honoured and despatched through Yodel due to our issues with EVRI, this order is now of course free of charge as you have already received a full comprehensive refund due to the impacted delivery delays with EVRI.

I ordered 10 days ago

I ordered 10 days ago, still no tracking number, no update. I contacted then via the email supported, the mail failed delivery.
It seems like I was scammed with the others.
Edit: 6 days after I posted that review I had an email from them saying that they had "unprecedented issues" with their domain and all the orders will be dispatched soon with the tracking number supplied. That was 9 days ago. So I emailed them back asking about the order status and tracking number. Having the email bouncing back to me.

As notified by email, we have been experiencing unprecedented issues with EVRI and as a result a significant number of parcels were impacted, all of which have been despatched again with alternative delivery partners.

Your order was despatched again via Royal Mail and email confirmation issued with the tracking reference.

I ordered a pair of shorts almost 4 weeks ago. It never arrived. The email support is non existent. There is also no phone number to contact which is very convenient


They pepper you with offers, discounts until you purchase and then fail to fulfil orders. This business has now been reported to my bank for fraud.

You were made aware of issues with delivery of your order at the earliest opportunity and your order was refunded in full.

Confirmation of your refund was issued by email on the 2nd July along with tracking details for the resent items from your original order.

Ordered 2 Milano trousers

Ordered 2 Milano trousers. Returned due to quality versus price and am yet to receive a refund or any communication a week since they’ve received the return. Not responded to my emails

Thanks for your response on 21st July.. firstly I took a photo of the return paperwork I sent back (had to make my own as I wasn’t supplied with any)
Secondly the only reason I have my money back is because Monzo are disputing with you since the 30th June..

Your customer service team are non existent as every email I’ve sent to you at support@denevos has bounced back. Would be really embarrassing if I was able to share screenshots of the evidence..

Your return did not contain any information, order number or reference to the reason for return.

This matter has subsequently been dealt with thanks to our customer service team and the full refund issued.

Our returns policy states clearly that the order number must be provided at the point of return or we are unable to locate your order.

Very disappointed

Hate to be writing this review given that my previous experience with their products was a positive one.

Purchased their latest co-ord lounge sets (Venetian twin set and Amalfi Lounge Set) in L size and was sent XXL. The shipment took 2-3 weeks and through tracking it looks like it came from China.

I wouldn't normally have an issue but the sizing between the top and the bottom is completely disproportionate (the top fits like a UK L but the tail is short and the shorts fit like XXL in UK) and the quality is super low compared to what is advertised as well as their previous products that I own.

A couple days after receiving the package I emailed customer support (15th June) asking to process a refund for the above reasons but no response. I try again on 19th June and 20th June asking for an update and again have been ignored. It seems as though they want to drag out the period so I no longer qualify for returns.

After no success with customer support, I check trustpilot and it looks like others are experiencing a similar situation so looks like the company has gone downhill the last few years.

I would avoid this company going forward given the low quality of products and sever lack of customer support (when it comes to returns as their customer support during tracking was not bad). Seems like once the item is delivered they just completely ignore you, very scammy.

Avoid these cowboys

Avoid avoid avoid if you want to keep your hard earned money.
I am reviewing due to other people not getting ripped off.
I order few items
Firstly it took over 2 weeks to arrive.
The quality was cheap nasty 100 polyester posted straight from china and to top it off I ordered a small and recieved xxl.
On website it states 92% cotton and the pictures look good.
When you get the item it's 100% polyester and it's cheap tack.
Avoid.
Look at all the negative reviews
Don't lie about me wearing the products and returning them.
Have some respect accept that you're selling some nasty clothing.
Am sure they will be more negative feedbacks.

Disappointing to hear your comments considering your items were returned to us in a worn state, covered in stains so we find it incredibly difficult to understand your complaint when the garments had been worn, multiple times it would seem.

Your order was delivered within 6 working days, a slight delay due to the fact your order was placed over a bank holiday period.

The products you order are a cotton and elastane blend, not polyester.

Temu in disguise

It took 2 weeks to come and the product is not good. Straight from China made from low quality fabrics and look nothing like the pictures.

It's just Temu in disguise, don't waste your time.

We ask all customers to refer to our delivery policy which clearly states delivery can take up to 5 working days once payment has processed.

Your order was despatched during our permitted timelines but from reviewing the tracking information appears it was stuck at a local delivery depot but with no updates information.

Awful company

Awful company. First of all I had to wait for over 6 weeks for the item I bought then they sent the wrong item. Packaging was awful and there was no receipt or any notification as to where it was from. I had to chase it up with them and was given an explanation that I'd been sent the wrong item from their supplier's warehouse.

The item was poor quality to. Avoid

Thank you for your review Iain but I think it's important to shed light on the facts here as some of what you've stated is incorrect and not truthful.

Firstly, you ordered your item 3 weeks ago not 6. The item you ordered was a pre-order item which was due to be despatched on the 29th March. We had since been able to bring this despatch date forward for our customers and all items were issued ahead of the 25th March.

The items you received are an error at the fault of the 3PL business we use who despatch orders on our behalf, not our own. Lots of brands operate using these services when working at such scale.

You notified our customer services team earlier this afternoon to advise of the problem and information was provided to you on how you can return the incorrect item and a full refund has already been issued.

At the time of writing this response the notification regarding your refund has been reissued in case you hadn't seen it in advance of completing this review.

We apologise for the inconvenience of you receiving an incorrect item but it's important when leaving reviews for business' such as ours that you state the facts.

Avoid company at all costs

There's a reason so many have reviewed Denevos so low. Initially my return request was denied on multiple occasions for trousers that after just two uses inside my apartment started to bobble. They claimed the items need to be re-sellable (even though they're faulty so not re-sellable). Additionally they try charge you to return faulty items. After over a week of communication, they finally agreed for me to pay for two returns but suggested that likely they won't refund me anyway, so clearly I'm not keen to spend on two returns, for them to take weeks to get back to me and potentially lose my trousers and money. Shocking company, never dealt with one so unhelpful and rude, especially considering this is their quality control problem. Avoid this company at all costs.

To clarify since the companies response. Yes I wore the trousers on 3 occasions around my apartment, literally sat in an office chair, so very light use. One thing for anyone considering buying from this company, would you expect to spend around £45 on a pair of trousers that only last 3 days of light use?

I initially also contacted them after 2 weeks, which they didn’t initially respond. Which was 2 weeks as I didn’t wear them for the first week. Fairly reasonable and well within my consumer rights, which this company doesn’t honour.

For anyone considering this company, just look at the reviews and then the responses. Is this a company you want to buy from?

To shed light, and some truth on this matter.

You contacted us after using the garments you purchased on multiple occasions, advised us of an issue and we’ve been in frequent communication with you and asked you to refer to our returns policy which clearly states, any issues with products must be reported within 7 days, this wasn’t the case here, you’ve had the items, worn them multiple times then contacted us almost 3 weeks later to say you wish to return them.

What was very concerning was a note in one of your emails stating ‘most companies don’t dispute returns they just process them’ - I’m sorry we’re not that company, if you buy a product, use it on multiple occasions, damage the product and then try to return it and become frustrated at being challenged then we’re sorry, but we have a business to protect and policies in place that we maintain adherence to. If your consumer habit is to buy goods, use them, damage them and return hoping to obtain a refund we are not the business for you.

No response to refund requests

Have returned 2 x orders to them using their portal and following the instructions with no further reponse. I have now checked the portal and it’s showing as returns are outside of the returns window, despite it taking nearly 4 weeks to come through the post (I appreciate this was due to postal strikes) However I am sure how I can be held to 35 days when almost all of that time was taken up on delivery.

Have tried to contact them on several occasions with no response

As advised on numerous occasions, the delay to receiving your orders was down to Royal Mail Industrial strike action, something we unfortunately had no control over.

For information, the returns window of 35 days commences once the order has been fulfilled, meaning, the 35 days you have to return your items starts from the day we send the parcel to you and not from the day you place your order.

On your returns, we issued two separate correspondence to you, firstly on the 4th January, this was an email confirming receipt of your return and confirmation the return had been processed, for your records, this email was issued at 11:58am.

Secondly, you contacted us on Friday 13th at 16:24 chasing an update on your return, despite return confirmation being issued on the 4th January as outlined above. We responded to your email on the 13th of January at 18:12 advising of the situation and confirming your return had been processed 9 days previous to your enquiry on the 4th January.

In summary, your review is not factual, you contacted us once, on the 13th January chasing a response to an email we had already issued and once again, we responded to your enquiry well within our 24 hour service level agreement.
