Ordered what I thought were new balance trainers, only realised company is in china once they had completed the order.
Trainers arrived and they are complete fakes, new Ballen run, absolute scam.
I have gone through pay pal and it sits with them at the minute.
They aren’t worthy of 1 star but I think that’s the minimum you can rate.

AVOID! The shoes aren't genuine imo. There's excess glue at the joins, not what you would expect from NB. I ordered grey, they sent blue. Not happy.

Order New Balance trainers, took my money, 1 week later sent me tracking details, then 1 week after that said that New Balance don't make trainers in size 12... Said they would refund but 1 month on they have not sent the refund or respond to any communication!

Same experience as others, advertisement was for New Balance trainers and clearly cheap NB copies callned 'Neww Ballen Running.

Complete scam, avoid at all costs

My partner bought what we thought were New Balance trainers but are clearly fakes with fake branding called ‘New Ballen Run’ and clearly knock offs, the delivery from China in a bag as packaging was clearly a give away! Wouldn’t recommend as they are not genuine product!

I purchased what was advertised as a Ralph Lauren vest and it was clearly a very low grade knock off. And it was probably 2 sizes or so too small. They offered a discount on my next purchase which I declined. They agreed to take it back if I paid for shipping and all customs fees to China. For a $50.00 item that seemed like a waste. We finally agreed they would refund 30% of my purchase which is currently in “processing”. I would not suggest anyone do business with this company.

I ordered and received a Lacoste shirt that was too short, does not appear authentic and does not feel like original material. The company encouraged me to take an offer of 35% off the next order after I requested for the item to be returned. Also, the company’s URL did not appear valid when copied and pasted it into the trust pilot. I do not recommend purchasing items from Denvose.
