Expensive brush for something a pound shop does so much better. Worst part is we are in the hospital and the only brush was this one for £12, it’s nasty.

I love my new brushes!
I love my new brushes!! They're great quality and exactly what I was after. Love the colours. It was a great service, there was a slight delay in receiving them but I put this down to the Christmas period. Would recommend and would buy from again. Thank you.

Delivery and Tracking needs to be current.
I ordered the product on December 22nd. As of January 11th, the product appears to still be in the distribution center awaiting delivery. Tracking is not up to date so I don't know when or if I will receive the product. I'm sure that it will be a good product should it arrive. I anticipated waiting for the delivery but without updated tracking, I'm in the dark.

Many thanks for reaching out with your trust pilot review. I am really sorry that your parcel is taking longer than you expected to arrive.
We try to be as open and honest as possible with our customers about how long their order might take to arrive. On our delivery information page we let our international customers know that it can take as long as 25 working days to receive their parcel. That means your parcel should arrive before January 26th in two weeks time.
Your parcel has left the UK and is currently being processed by Canada Post. They need to scan your parcel in order for tracking to resume.

This brush is amazing,I have no hair loss from using it,and it glides through my hair perfectly,no tugging or pulling,I was totally amazed and would definitely recommend Denman brush to anyone,no matter the hair type,it’s a magic brush

Excellent detangler
I recently bought a Mason Pearson brush which caused my hair to become badly tangled and even matted. Denman was recommended online as a good detangler for long, thick hair like mine. So far it has made a noticeable difference and my hair is back to being manageable again. Took a little while to arrive but worth it.
