Don’t bother. Placed an on line order for some clothing listed as in stock over 2 weeks ago. No delivery, no answer to 4 e mails to their “help” line, no answer to at least 10 phone calls. Will claim my payment back via Pay Pal today.

DO NOT USE.

Ordered some bars 0n 28/06 for £280. No update, emailed several times nothing. No phone number at all.

Very poor, have to recharge via my credit card to get my money back.

Just don't bother using them.

Not sure what’s happened lately? Placed a few orders last year and everything was spot on Samantha was massively helpful. Placed an order last week and they sent something totally wrong. Sent 4 messages & 2 emails with no response they have no phone line either or any google info it’s like they’re trying to hide from people very shady! It was only when I got eBay involved they replied but it was so abrupt and was like it was written by a child or a drunk the message hardly made sense. Still waiting on a refund & return postage looks like others are having issues as well wish I never ordered from them now! Something is off here - not happy DO NOT USE!

Ordered an item ,received wrong item. Sent back at my cost as DW wouldn’t offer free returns even thou their fault.
Sent multiple emails over past week or so and zero response … avoid avoid avoid !
Web order 16863 if this get read by DW and happy to update this review if refund received … but currently I would advise avoiding this company .

Avoid - Read the reviews -Do NOT use -Sent me damaged parts - Three days to reply to my email-Only to offer me a £5 Discount -After I involved Paypal they finally offered a refund - But expect me to pay return postage. So either way I loose out !
Plenty of other places to buy from -Never again.

Poor service.. should have read reviews! My rule ..only read the bad ones. Who really writes in when things go right? Ordered caliper bolts. Stated dispatch within 48 hours. Did not happen. Emailed help desk no response. Paid through paypal so hopefully get my money back in a few days. Sadly another company to avoid.

I ordered up a pair of Wulfsport trial boots, then saw the poor reviews, panicked & tried to cancel by email
But the next day, l received a despatch email with the boots coming next day DPD & they arrived as promised . Others may of had problems but my experience was an excellent service.

Fantastic service from Samantha on the email and delivery as expected and explained smiles per mile 😁 on the new rear tyre thanks again for this product I will definitely be a customer again 🏍️

Same issue as other customers. Order made on 8th May with estimated delivery by the 15th May with Royal Mail. The status of the order shows as in process and money out of my account. I am cancelling the order with my bank as this looks very suspicious. No answer to emails either.

Placed an order for some goggles on 5th May, order confirmation showed delivery due 12th May via Royal Mail. The order status has not changed since the order was placed and is still showing "processing". Have mailed the specific helpdesk email address 3 times this week with no response. Have now requested a refund, but don't hold out much hope. Will contact Trading Standards as similar reviews would suggest something is clearly wrong with this business. To assure everyone, I have double checked the mail address and have delivery receipts to prove arrival.

Claims items are in stock and they are coming from their “warehouse” claim it takes 5-6 days to get from there, where the hell is this “warehouse”?! this actually means they are buying from supplier (which don’t have any in stock) then ignore any emails, no working telephone number 8 days I have been waiting for a tyre that’s “in stock” no dispatch, two emails sent requesting refund and no response to either. Quick to respond last month when you sent me completely the wrong item, definitely won’t be using you again!

I thought I would wait until my dispute with Dennis Winters was resolved.
I purchased a motorcycle helmet from the website and the next day had an email that the item was not in stock. I was told i would be refunded the next day. No problem i thought. However, that is where the contact ended. Despite numerous emails, the customer service is non existent as I never received a single reply after the promise of a refund. I had to raise a case via Paypal, and Dennis Winter let the case run until it was automatically closed and i was refunded.
I have used this company in the past, but will not in the future.
And as for this review - Dennis Winter customer services don't bother writing a reply now trying to show the world you want to make things better, when you have ignored my numerous emails over the last month!

Absolute joke ! Waited more than a month to be told you didn’t have stock of rm85 plastics and now the last rep since I got from you guys was Wednesday last week. All I want is a refund so I can finish my sons bike will not be ordering from you again! Absolute joke avoid everyone

Still waiting for my order, no confirmation of postage contacted them twice with no reply. No telephone number all on line. Will be asking my credit card for a refund. Absolutely useless company to deal with.
You say below you contacted me on the 19/12/22. YOU DIDN'T CONTACT ME UNTIL 3/1/22 after I had emailed you. And I would have thought that a refund would have been the only outcome? As you had no stock and Christmas had passed?

Have a issue with a oakley rucksack i bought back in March, I have sent 2 emails plus filled out the online form and also sent a message by Facebook..absolutely no contact at all, wouldn't buy anything else from here thats for sure.

Ordered a simple handlebar pad and after 2 weeks still have not received it. Dennis winter don’t respond to emails and when they do they lie about items being dispatched. If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is non existing. Spend your money elsewhere people!!

Hi just a quick note to anyone who after amazing quality touring gear at amazing prices, I’ve just bought Wulfsport Track Star Motocross Quad Enduro Off Road Motor Bike Boots - and some Alpina-X Motorcycle Enduro Off Road Adventure Waterproof Pants, I’m lost for words the quality is amazing if your after a bargain and something that’s going to last look no more!!!

I have used Dennis Winters before and once again they provided excellent value with a new visor.
