I ordered a dress from here on 4th September there no confirmation that its been despatched or shipped. I have contacted numerous of times demanding a refund cause its now been a month and no item and they have told me they cant issue a refund as its in transit..so in that case ive asked could I have the details of what transit and were abouts it is cause there no tracker like most company's and ive had no reply ..I needed this dress for a wedding abroad and I was very lucky I ordered elsewhere or id a been stuck . Im out of pocket 70 quid out of no dress to show for DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY (karma comes around )

I ordered a dress for a wedding and was told it would arrive within 20 working days. I waited 7 WEEKS. I contacted Dion Noir halfway through and cancelled the order because the waiting time was completely unacceptable. I clearly stated that I would not accept the parcel and that it should be returned to sender.
The dress was returned, and since then — NOTHING. They have completely stopped responding to my messages. I am still waiting for my refund for an item I never even received.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Save yourself the stress and money and order elsewhere.

Do not order
Do not order. I ordered a dress from them on 06.08.26, payment came out straight away, received a confirmation email for my order and I’ve heard nothing since. My tracking says ‘label created’ but this hasn’t changed since the day I ordered. I’ve emailed the customer services multiple times with no response despite their website saying that someone will respond in 24hours. I’ve left comments on their Facebook posts asking them to respond but the comments get deleted. Scam

Parcel never arrived and have not received a new dress or a refund and all emails I have sent have been ignored. Will have to apply for fraud through my bank to get my money back

I was pleasantly surprised! Would definitely recommend this company.
I saw the reviews were not great so was a bit worried…. But honestly, the dress was beautiful! Lovely colour, well made. I got a size large as I am a size 10-12 with a broad back - it’s fitted brilliantly, although I will get it taken up just slightly… I’m only 5ft.4.so needs an inch or so off the bottom. Ordering was easy, delivery was fantastic with regular updates. Will definitely buy from here again

Amazing dress! Amazing company!
Amazing! I have been trying to find a dress for my best friend’s wedding and went for the Charlotte dress in Olive. WOW it’s absolutely stunning and I feel like a million dollars. It’s so hard to find things that fit well and this really was made for me. Even more funny as my name is Charlotte - maybe it’s a sign! Thanks so much for the speedy delivery and gorgeous packaging.

Ordered a dress on a Monday with expected delivery by Friday.
On Tuesday, I had an email saying the dress had been sent out.
On Thursday evening, I got an email saying they wouldn’t be able to send it out for another 14 days!!
Didn’t give me any options, just refunded the money so have to look for something last minute.
Won’t be using again.

We are sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order within the originally estimated timeframe.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we issued a full refund and, as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused, provided a £10 gift card the following day.
To clarify, after the refund had already been processed, you contacted us to ask whether the dress would still be shipped free of charge. As the order had been fully refunded, the dress was not eligible to be sent free of charge. The £10 gift card had already been provided as our gesture of goodwill regarding the delay.
Whilst we understand your disappointment at needing to find an alternative outfit at short notice, we believe we acted fairly by issuing an immediate full refund and providing additional compensation despite the order not being fulfilled.
We apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Easy transaction - minor shipping concern.
For the most part, this was a very smooth purchase. I did get a separate email from the shipping company to pay for duty taxes and I wasn’t sure if it was legitimate. It would have been nice if I was notified this could happen.
Otherwise, shipping was very fast, and the dress was beautiful and as described.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I sent a dress back a week and a half ago. I paid for it to be sent signed for delivery arriving the next day by 1pm. No one has responded to my emails asking what it happening and if the dress has arrived, even though I have been able to track the parcel and it says delivered.
Extremely frustrating and feel very let down after my initial email response about enquiring about how to return came back to me the next morning.

We have reviewed your order and correspondence history. Your initial return enquiry was replied to on December 1st and again on December 4th. Both responses were delivered successfully, and you replied within the same email thread, which confirms receipt of those communications.
Your refund was issued on December 1st and is currently processing within the standard 5–7 working day banking timeframe.
As we always advise, as long as you have tracking details and they show that the return has been successfully delivered, there is nothing to worry about, the return is fully logged on our system.
We understand that you felt a response had not been provided, however the email trail indicates otherwise.
If you require any further details regarding the refund amount or timestamps of communication, please let us know, we have these on record.
