Fantastic practice! New refurbishments at Croftfoot are brilliant. Staff go above and beyond 😊
Despite discomfort of dental cleaning and having 1 yo in my lap, dentist and staff were so accommodating. Even played her favourite YouTube video on screen!
She won’t remember but I’ll make sure to tell her about her 1st experience at the dentist ❤️

I grind my teeth and it affects my sleep. Calum has filled my teeth, realigned my bite and fitted me special mouthguards to help get me better sleep- this is much more than previous surgeries did to help.

Anna is the best dentist in Carluke, she gives the best advice on dental hygiene and is always extremely careful when performing treatment.

Just finished all on 4 upper and lower implant treatment by Sheraz. Treatment was fully explained every step, and any questions I had were fully answered. All staff were polite and courteous at all times. Big thanks to Demi who kept me calm through the whole procedure. Absolutely thrilled with end result and would recommend this dental practice for treatment.

When I first went to Calum at Kilmarnock Smile studio I needed 2 incisors removed which had reached “vampire proportions “ . The extraction was quick and comfortable, thanks to Calum. Following this I had impressions for a new partial top plate which were all done competently. I was so pleased to have had everything dealt with so efficiently by Calum and Ashleigh, who were kind and caring throughout.

Dental studio carluke is by far the best in the town. Each member of staff is kind, caring & also make you feel like nothing is ever a problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sheraz and his team for dental implants. They were amazing. I was anxious about implants but after my first visit I had no reason to worry. The reception staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful and any other staff I came into contact with were the same.
Demi (Dental Nurse) put me at ease immediately and explained everything I asked in a very professional and competent manner and reassured me of any concerns I had. At my consultation Sheraz very clearly explained the procedure taking time to answer any questions I asked and put me at ease.
Following my treatment I was contacted by the team to make sure I was ok. The after care given is fantastic.

I had 2 fillings in the one session.Totally painless.No issues at all,lovely friendly service and the quickest and easiest time I have had at the dentist in all my years.

If the dentist had been this quick and painless,I'd have been going for years.I'm going back next week for a filling and It's not a cause of worry at all.

Attended here today for a CT scan. From the moment I entered the practice I was met with friendly reception staff. I was then met by Dr Shafiq. I instantly felt at ease and was shown to the consultation room where Dr Shafiq examined my problem tooth and explained why I would be getting a ct scan. Following the scan Dr Shafiq reviewed the images in my presence and explained his findings. For the first time in my life I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Shafiq. Thank you 😊

Just finished my treatments with Dr Ning and nurses Alex and Nadine at the Carluke branch. Have to say it was a lovely experience. I’m not very good at the dentist but the Dr Ning and the nurses were amazing made you feel very relaxed always asking if you were ok. Thank you very much for getting my teeth back on track.

Paid a visit to kilmarnock branch. Usually I struggle as I have always been afraid of dentist..
Not anymore, Jennifer who was my dentist there , she was Absolutely Amazing..
Jennifer was very understanding, put me totally at ease... had an emergancy ( loose cap) she temporarily sorted it with the view to future appointments to correct any treatment on my teeth..
Cannot thank the lovely Jennifer enough and i am looking forward to going back..
Further, her assistant was lovely to, great team.

Outstanding service from Natasha throughout my many appointments. I had not been to dentist for many years and was terrified on my 1st visit. Natasha put me at ease and explained every step as she worked on my mouth. She is an extremely efficient dentist with a lovely manner and I am so pleased that I chose this practice.

As usual I received excellent treatment, care and advice. I was made aware of what my treatment would involve and found no discomfort whatever. I was pleased to see a return to “normal” check-up intervals of 3 months, which reassured me of continuing excellent care.

I’ve just completed my last appointment for dental implants by Dr Sheraz Shafiq and I am delighted with the final results I would recommend smile dentist to anyone the professionalism and care I received was amazing all the staff were so helpful especially Demi
