Padelrackets besteld en niet geleverd. Mail gestuurd, geen reactie. Nu is de website ook niet meer bereikbaar. Ik heb nu via PayPal mijn geld terug gevraagd. Niet kopen bij dit bedrijf!

Oplichting! koop hier niet!!
Na bestellen word er niets opgestuurd, ook geen reactie op mail en telefoon.

Ho effettuato un ordine, pagato tramite bonifico, dopo 4 giorni non è ancora cambiato lo stato dell’ordine online, perdi più ho cercato di comunicare via mail e non ho ricevuto risposta. Il bonifico è arrivato, ma l’azienda non si è nemmeno preoccupata di comunicare né di procedere con la spedizione dell’ordine. La cosa peggiore è non ricevere risposta a numerose telefonate ed e-mail, soprattutto dopo la ricezione di un pagamento.

Estafa, la tienda ha cerrado y no cogen el teléfono ni contestan pero si que te dejan seguir haciendo pagos a través de la web. Mucho ojo!!!

Por lo que se la empresa a cerrado, dejando la web operativa pero sin servir los productos que la gente va comprando.. recomiendo no comprar nada mas para evitar tener que reclamar la devolución con el banco que es un coñazo..

Un estafa, el pedido no llega. No contestan ni al teléfono, no al WhatsApp, ni al email.

A la hora de cobrar bien pero a la hora de ejercitar la Garantia, no existen, Por FAVOR, ASTENERSE DE COMPRAR NINGUN PRODUCTO EN ESTA PAGINA. Antes de comprar entrar en el Instagram de la página, todo elundo desde mayo está igual con la garantias

Ce site est un arnaqueur. J'ai fait une commande de Padel et ils n'ont pas livrée le produit. Aucun suivi ni mail de suivi. Le service client ne répond plus. Faite attention à ce site.

Poor Quality Products and No Response to Complaint

I ordered a Box of 100 Overgrips Vibor-a Smooth (Multicolor) from Deportes Total (Order #EN007873, placed on 16/08/2025).

Unfortunately, the quality is extremely poor. After only 45 minutes of normal play, the overgrips were already badly worn and damaged — completely unacceptable for a product of this price.

I contacted customer service with photos and a detailed complaint, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and accountability is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience — poor product quality combined with no customer support.

I bought a Nox racket in January, ML 10 Quantum 2025. After 5 months, it broke in the middle on a light volley. Unfortunately, Deportes Total does not respond to my emails. I therefore contacted NOX directly. NOX responded to me immediately. Deportes Total must send a letter of guarantee to NOX. Then NOX will cover the damage. Why doesn't Deportes Total do this?
Compré una raqueta Nox en enero, la ML 10 Quantum 2025. Después de 5 meses, se rompió por la mitad con una volea ligera. Lamentablemente, Deportes Total no responde a mis correos electrónicos. Por lo tanto, contacté directamente con NOX. NOX me respondió de inmediato. Deportes Total debe enviar una carta de garantía a NOX. Entonces NOX cubrirá los daños. ¿Por qué Deportes Total no lo hace?

Hice un pedido en la tienda online Deportes Total el día 31 de julio (número de pedido: YKJCYREUZ). En su web aseguran entregas en 24/48 horas, pero a día de hoy mi pedido sigue “sin estado” y no he recibido ninguna actualización. Eso sí, el cargo en mi tarjeta se realizó el mismo día de la compra.

He intentado contactar por todos los medios: el teléfono que figura en la web no existe, otro número que encontré en internet está apagado y los mensajes enviados al WhatsApp indicado ni siquiera se reciben.

La atención al cliente es totalmente inexistente. Todo apunta a una posible estafa o, como mínimo, a una tienda con una gestión pésima e irresponsable. No volveré a comprar y recomiendo extremar la precaución si estás pensando en hacerlo.

My adidas metalbone 3.4 hrd broke after 3 months of use. It broke just by playing normally, on the racket face, wich u read a lot on the internet. I’ve never hit the glass or fence or anything. Bij looking at the pictures u can just immediatly tell its an faulty product.

I’ve tried contacting them via whats app and email telling them my issues with my padel racket, but they simply don’t reply… I’ve also filled in a warranty claim form, but on that they also don’t reply.

I’m very dissapointed because it was an expensive racket, wich broke by just playing de game of padel.

Les prix sont compétitifs mais le service client est complètement absent.
J'ai acheté sac, raquette et bales. J'ai reçu un message de rupture de stock pour le sac dans la couleur souhaité et valider une autre couleur. Depuis j'essaie de les appeler, de leur écrire sur le site, et sur WhatsApp et rien. Personne. Aucun signe de vie ni évolution dans la commande. Payé avec PayPal. J'ai été obligé d'ouvrir un litige car absolument rien n'avance.

I placed an order on their website on 17 June. My credit card has been charged with the full amount of order. Since then my order status has not changed and the order has not been shipped. I am desperately trying to reach the company through all communication means but have not had any success. They are not responding to my mails, neither answer the phone calls. Very sad experience.
