Do not use! Order never received - the only way of contacting Deporvillage is via a Webchat which they don't respond to. I've tried multiple times and no one responds. £65 of my money wasted that I won't get back. I will never buy from this company again and would advise others not to either.

I spent £91 on shoes in April and £22 to return them when they did not fit. The company did not accept the parcel so the shoes were returned to me. I then got them to collect them. On 30 July I received a refund of £61, - they say they won't refund the import taxes - so I am now c.£50 down and have no shoes. This makes them ABSOLUTE CROOKS, THIEVES, SCAM ARTISTS as far as I am concerned. They may sell good products but they are not to be trusted if you have a problem.

Terrible shop. They send you incomplete orders and make it impossible to obtain refund or new shipments. They take no responsibility in their wrongdoing with problems all over their communication processes. Stay away from these cheaters.

Terrible company!
No customer service whatsoever! My husband ordered a pair of shoes that happened to be small in size. We sent it back the way the instructions said. Deporvillage refused the parcel! We again paid for 2nd delivery . Both times special delivery both times as we were instructed. Refused again! No refund! No one to contact to! All calls, emails are automated literally no one to speak to! Now we run out of the 30 days . We lost the money and have a shoes that don’t fit! Never order from them again!

I ordered some expensive Shimano MTB boots which they failed to deliver. The promised delivery date, of a few days from order, was missed by nearly 2 weeks and it was only when I chased them that they came up with the unbelievable excuse that the delivery van was in an accident and the shoes were damaged! These boots are indestructible. They refunded my money but will never order again.

Order two pairs of North face trainers which was £175. Service was good & they arrived a few days later. As ordered from EU I have had to pay an additional £75 in customs as we are in UK. It would have been cheaper to buy them full price from North Face. Please be aware of these additional costs when ordering.

I ordered an item from Deporvillage on September 2, 2023, for over £100, paying nearly £12 for express delivery. It's now weeks later, and my order has yet to arrive. The tracking information was insufficient, and communication with the courier was non-existent.

I reached out to Deporvillage multiple times for an update and to request a cancellation and refund, as the delivery time promised was 3 to 5 days. The responses I received were minimal and frustrating. Be aware they use AI for their responses. Eventually, they mentioned they would process my refund by October 2024—yes, you read that correctly!

Despite their assurances, I have not received any refund. Instead, because the transaction is in dispute and refuse to process the refund, which is absurd. The only reason there’s a dispute is that they failed to deliver the goods I paid for. Their practices feel deceptive, and I'm left questioning the legitimacy of this company. Please be advised this is also the company Deporvillage.com.

Buyer beware—this has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from Deporvillage.

If only I had read these reviews before dealing with this dreadful company. Do not order from them. They sent me the wrong item and they will not collect it and so I cannot get a refund.

Terrible customer service. I ordered an expensive pair of wheels they delivered one correct wheel and one completely different wheel. After almost one week of trying I still cannot get a response from them despite emailing twice a day. I don't believe in giving poor reviews without trying to resolve the issue. I have spent €1,500 and cannot get a response

Die bestellten Schuhe waren in Ordnung, passten mir aber nicht. Der Ärger fing mit dem Retouren-Antrag an. Ich konnte mich nicht in mein Kundenkonto einloggen. Angeblich das falsche Passwort. Der Link zur Änderung des Passworts funktionierte nicht. Irgendwie gelang es mir dann doch, die Rückgabe anzumelden. Das Paket konnte auf eigene Kosten (mind. 11.99 €) nach Spanien !!! geschickt werden oder für 7,99 € von GLS abgeholt werden (warten auf GLS von 10 - 16 Uhr). Immerhin hatte ich bereits bei der Bestellung 4,95 € Portokosten bezahlt. Dieses Vorgehen finde ich unseriös.

Incredibly disappointing experience with Deporvillage.
Item purchased incurred a duty fee of £75 pounds by DHL before delivery was scheduled. This is a 33% increase on the value of the item.

Will never purchase from DEPORVILLAGE again.

Awful. I purchased Oakley flak jacket lenses and got sent half jacket. There is no returns address no phone number and no chat now availability. The email they send says to login to my account, I didn't create an account. There is no way to contact them so no way to get refund. AVOID

2. Llamo a GLS y me dicen que solo han recibido 1 bulto de los 2 que forman el envió y que no pueden entregármelo fraccionado hasta no recibirlo completo.

3. Llamo a DEPORVILLAGE y ES IMPOSIBLE CONTACTAR VÍA TELEFÓNICA y VIA EMAIL DAN RESPUESTAS AMBIGUAS y SIN SOLUCIÓN ALGUNA.

4. DÓNDE ESTÁ EL PAQUETE QUE FALTA? Poned las pilas a GLS si es necesario.
