Excellent service"

Ordered from lreland my parcel arrived in just a couple of days. Everything well packaged and the products smell lovely without being overpowering. My Border Collie’s dry skin is already looging much healthier. Will definitely order again.

This is not a legitimate business, they take your money but never send anything or replay on email when you ask for a refund. Avoid.

Na herhaaldelijk een mail en laatst whatsapp. Een reactie op de app dat 1 artikel niet voorradig was. 2 mei de order geplaatst. Er werd beloofd als excuus een zeepbar gratis erbij te doen. Nou mooi niet. Koop hier aub geen spullen. U heeft alleen ellende.

J’ai passé une commande en urgence le 8 mai d’une valeur de 96€, je n’ai ni argent ni produit sachant que mon chien en a besoin.

No reply to whatsapp messages or emails I sent them, no tracking number sent or any information if they are planning on sending the order. Also, they don’t want to refund my money they took so avoid this “bussines” ITS A SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Lisa was so helpful to me and my dog. We bought the skin rescue line and have been using it for three weeks. My dogs skin is so much improved and the coat is looking much better. I am excited to see the results and the coat is coming back. I can highly recommend this online shop to help your dogs skin conditions.

I placed my order a week ago and no tracking update has been disclosed. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and been ignored. Left messages, voicemails, emails and NOTHING. I needed the products for my dog badly. I have opened a dispute with my card provider

I am writing an update to my previous review.
After I posted my original review, the company replied saying they would provide me with my order details. Unfortunately, more than a week has passed and I have still not received any information or follow-up.

My order was placed at the beginning of December and has still not been delivered. At this point, communication is lacking and the issue remains unresolved. I hope this can finally be addressed.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Eine Bestellung hat mal etwas länger gedauert, aber sonst kam alles pünktlich an und der Kundenservice war auch sofort erreichbar. Zu den Produkten selbst kann ich sagen, dass es mit Sicherheit funktioniert, man braucht aber Geduld und muss sich an die Anleitung halten. Mein Pom hatte schon schwarze Stellen, diese sind jetzt grau, das waren sie aber auch zuvor. Das Deckhaar wächst gerade wieder nach! Wichtig ist auch, die Unterwolle täglich zu kämmen in den ersten Wochen, da sonst das neue Deckhaar schwer durchkommt. Auch wenn es den Anschein macht, dass dadurch nochmal vielFell verloren geht…

Dzisiaj jest 9 stycznia 2025 roku. Tak wygląda ostatnia korespondencja z Dermagic.Od 22 grudnia nie otrzymałem ŻADNEJ ODPOWIEDZI :

"jutro" było 18 grudnia. Dzisiaj jest wieczór 22 grudnia.... rozumiem że polityka Dermagic polega na o szukiwaniu klientów i o okłamywaniu ich w kolejnych wiadomościach. "Bardzo dobrym" sposobem przez Was stosowanym jest również usuwanie z kontekstu niewygodnych wiadomości przy kolejnych odpowiedziach....
W związku z tym proszę o NATYCHMIASTOWY zwrot wpłaconej przeze mnie kwoty 594,63 zł. W załączniku przesyłam potwierdzenie wykonania przelewu z dnia 25 listopada 2025 roku. Jest tam również numer mojego konta na które należy wykonać przelew.

Depuis le 27 septembre j'ai effectué une commande qui m'ai parvenue incomplète, depuis malgré plusieurs mails Dermagic m'annonce fin novembre un envoi du produit manquant , aucune trace de suivi ni de livraison.

I have placed an order worth almost 150€ on Dec 5th and received an email that they will provide me with tracking number soon, which they have provided 6 days after. I countlessly followed them up by emails, whats up and calls.

The tracking number that I received yesterday shows that label was created with UPS but parcel has not been sent to them. Today I have informed them via email that in case I do not receive proof that shipment was sent or that refund has been made I am going to report this and take it to the higher level. If for nothing else - but to protect people!

Finally, they sent me proof of refund from their side and they claimed that products will be delivered anyways as I had to go trough all of this. I will update review once I see what will eventually.

UPDATE: Shipment was delivered on the 28th of December, free of charge. I have to say that in the end they managed the situation responsibly and corrected their mistake. Despite the stressful process, it is fair to acknowledge that they made things right in the end — however, future customers should still be mindful and double-check everything.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I ordered three items and paid in full back in early September — only two were ever delivered. Despite sending six follow-up emails over several weeks, the company never refunded the missing item and eventually stopped replying altogether.

This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam.

As for the products that did arrive — they’re not worth the money. I’ve since switched to Pomeranian Beauty, and even my professional dog groomer immediately noticed the difference in my dog’s coat quality. The other brand is far superior in every way.

Save your time and money — this company cannot be trusted and their products don’t deliver on their promises

Cela fait deux fois que je passe commande chez eux, les commandes arrivent incomplètes, les produits ne sont pas à l’intérieur, aucun remboursement aucun appel aucun mail je sui très en colère cela fait trois semaines que j’attends. Commande reçue aujourd’hui il manque deux produits sur trois.

The products itself are amazing. But this company is the worst I've ever had contact with. The first order I did, they didn't had the products in store and it took over 6 months to deliver it. They told me that they would pay back my shippingcost, which they never did. I run out of all the packages and decided to do a new delivery. I transferred the money by bank and after that it was complete radio silence. Trying to get in contact with them was terrible. They ignore almost all messages. Also the phone number isn't available when calling. After emailing them every day, (this was going on for months) they said again, that they will transfer back the shipping cost. Ofcourse, never happend. And finally I got my packages. But it were the wrong products. I still try to get in touch with them, but all my messages are ignored. I would not recommend to order here. This was my last time. I cant sell my packages like this. Also, they dont sent an invoice, which is terrible when you have your own company, because the tax isn't refundable. I also asked for this months, but is also ignored.
