Don’t ever buy from the site until you want loose your money. Everything is fake, phone number is fake, you will never get order confirmation and if you try to contact you will never get response.

Ho iniziato ad usare i prodotti a settembre e nel giro di 2 mesi il mio cucciolo ha iniziato ad avere la ricrescita del pelo. Lo staff è molto attento e mi ha guidato prima Dell acquisto nella scelta dei prodotti più giusti per il mio cane. Consigliato!

I have just started using the products and the results after a month are unbelievable. I thought my dog had lost his fur forever but it’s already showing so much improvement I cant wait to see the results after a few months. Lisa gave me very clear instructions on how to use the brand and delivery was three days. I will recommend to all my Pomeranian friends.

Feedback on the use of products Dermagic Europe for allopecia of the dog breed: Pomeranian Spitz.
The dog became bald a year before treatment, the skin turned black, and only the head and the tips of the paws remained. Veterinarians from two countries diagnosed allopecia X. There is no cure for this disease and the cause is unknown. As a last resort, we decided to try the remedies offered by Dermagic Europe that we had read about on the Internet. We didn't have much faith. We sent a photo of the dog and received a box with 5 products and instructions.I will say right away that the most difficult thing is to do everything according to the instructions, regularly and do not skip a day. The first improvements started after a month.The black skin began to peel off and pink skin appeared. After six months, the dog was completely hairy!!! A bald neighbor asked if he could apply the products on his bald head :)))
So, we would definitely recommend Dermagic Europe!!

I made order on 13.04, still recieved nothing.
Not package, not even refund!
What a bad company!
I SHOULD recomend,
NEVER ORDER here!!!!!!
Every time when i made contact with mail they were saying that i will get it next week, and even order and refund.
After some time they sort of got new owner Nigel, and he promised to fix problem in begin of June.
Nothing happend!
Today i called customer service, i gave order number, and they told that they will call back.
Looks like that 3 months is not enough.
Maybe i should wait until next year April?

Bad company and management!

Paid for 3 product 11 weeks ago. Received the invoice ( ca. 100 Euro), but never received my order. Asked for the full refund via mails, no answer.
I don't recommend this Company. disgraceful company

You are liars!!! I wrote to you many times and asked for a refund. You don't return the money, I don't have the product. I do not recommend!

Disgraceful company!!! Do not waste your money. Over 2 months waiting on product and now they won't answer any queries.

In March last year I took on a a lovely little Pom. He had alopecia and I was told not much could be done apart from treatment with steroids and antibiotics (which made him very sick) – As well as being expensive this causes lots of problems – so I started to look for an alternative and eventually discovered DERMAGIC. I was very sceptical but was willing to try anything to help my dog and so I ordered the Dermagic system. Wonders will never cease! Within 2 days hair started to grow on the bald area and now he has a full coat of hair again. The terrible itching and scratching has also stopped. Although it was a bit messy rubbing in the lotions my dog loved it and he smelled lovely as well (wonderful bonus). This treatment really does

Super little company that sells fast working natural creams and lotions for dogs with skin problems. We have had great results and will always use again, the girls in the office gave us very good advice and helped us every step of the way, Thank you

Fantastic products that really work! I have been using these on my Pom now for four months and its worked like a miracle. The Vets drugs where awful and only helped for a few weeks... Payed for a product two weeks ago. Received the invoice, everything looked okay, but with the days went by and I didn't receive a notice of delivery.
Two weeks have gone by, already sent two emails, and no answer from them. 50€ spent and nothing.
Don't recommend..
