Fijn en vriendelijk contact gehad met hen over een fout bij GLS, ze reageren onwijs snel. In eerste instantie in het Engels maar al snel nam iemand het gesprek over die Nederlands sprak. Goed te bereiken, fijne communicatie en het badpak dat ik had besteld zit goed. De lila kleur is echt prachtig. Al met al een hele fijne ervaring!

After submitting my order, I realised I should have requested speed delivery. I contacted their customer service, where the delivery option was changed within a minute. Loved what I ordered, but had the wrong size for one and after I contacted them, I could easily request an exchange.
