It was a struggle to request framing for the prints I was ordering, I'm still not sure if the prints are going to arrive framed or not. Particularly difficult was the set of three prints. The 'chat' w... もっと見る

Avoid Desenio. I strongly recommend not ordering from this company. I placed an order with Desenio (Order No. 27186661) and was promised delivery within 3–6 business days. That timeframe has pass... もっと見る

Payment wouldn't to through.

Payment wouldn't to through.

I tried many times for payment to go through.. Very frustrating as I didn't know if I had paid the first time. I have bought from Desino many times and never had this experience.

Very easy to use

Very easy to use once I discovered the country setting at the bottom not the top, and the delivery details after billing address instead of before.

Picture and frame

I was happy with my picture and frame. There was a sticker on the hard plastic asking me to remove it - I didn't manage to see what was required until I showed it to a friend.
I realised then that I needed to remove the clear plastic protective cover! A good purchase!

First time ordering from the site

First time ordering from the site, I signed up to newsletter and got a discount welcome code when I entered it, it increased the amount.

I really wanted those paintings so ordered anyway, but it’s just annoying and misleading.

The website is great easy to navigate and the checkout processes was quick and easy.
