Everything is ok except for the frame. The varnish of the frame has markings/smudges/impression coming from the wrap. I assume the varnish of the frame was not dry yet when it was wrapped.

Although not seen in viewing distance but when looked from the side and glare from the light, you will see the markings

The sample render of the framed product is different from the actual item delivered. It does not show there is a sort of white canvas buffer between the frame and the actual image, which would have affected my choice in frame/image color. Overall nice to have, but due to that, my image is now in storage and not on the wall.

Might consider ordering again in the future but just a little disappointed after having waited for it, not to mention a little money basically down the drain.

Received it later than ETA, as they said they were experiencing high volume of orders. Wish at least for them to have a live order tracking page or status update link that we can check from time to time. Instead of having to email their gmail account. Packaging was good.
