Professional Joinery

We had a great service from this company. The installation team were tidy and friendly, the windows look great and the customer contact was very good. We would definitely recommend them.

Very professional service

I had repair work/draught-proofing done (and one replacement casement window installed) and I am pleased with the result from start to finish. The team were hard-working, efficient and courteous throughout, and they finished the work within the planned timescale and cleared up effectively as they went along.

The staffs were professional, friendly, accommodating and greatly skilled. somehow they knew exactly what I wanted. Their price was reasonable and they finished the job on time. What I liked most was that they left the place clean and tidy. In my opinion, they are highly recommended.

The work was completed to very high standards. They really cared about customer satisfaction and tried their best to ensure that I got exactly what I asked for. Prices were decent; I received the cheapest quote with them in comparison to most places I contacted throughout NW London. Overall I am more than happy with the service I experienced and can say that I would definitely recommend and recruit them again.

Absolutely top-notch experience! Organized, on time, very reasonably priced, and fantastic people with whom to work. We had a complex situation with needing an oversized dog door installed into a glass door with a bar halfway through it; they devised several plans from which we could choose. Finished product was beyond our best hopes! DesignBuildJoinery is now doing bookcases and a garage work table for us as well.

What a fantastic job! I was very impressed with the process all the way through.  I was constantly kept informed about the progress of manufacture and delivery. The fitters were amazing, they only took one day even though there were a few tricky things to circumnavigate!  They were clean, tidy, polite and the quality of their work was excellent. The windows were also very competitively priced.  I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I had two sash windows fitted by the team at DBJ.  I would recommend using them, the team were efficient and communicated their progress throughout the fitting. The windows and fitting are of a high standard and the work was also competitively priced.

I have no hesitation in recommending Design Build Joinery Ltd. The quality of the windows and door is superb and my home is so much warmer and quieter. The neighbours have also commented on how good they look :) The customer experience was superb from start to finish; a no pressure consultation/quote process with Tony followed by first class fitting by M, with his expertise and attention to detail to get everything just right. To top it all off, everyone was wonderful to deal with which is often hard to come by. 10/10!

Design build joinery made 2 sash windows for me and refurbished another one the quality of work they've delivered is excellent They did take a week longer than expected to deliver the windows but that was due to unexpected delivery cancellation But all in all very good work and great customer service The surveyor who visited my property beforehand was very helpful as he advised me I do not need to change all my windows I think it was a very honest advice and they did save me money by refurbishing the window that didn't need changing I recommend design build joinery as they have kept their word and delivered what they said they will deliver Which was high quality work
