I have had trouble for over a year!!
I have had trouble for over a year!!! My purchases are NOT showing, even one I just purchased. I write 8-10 times before someone gets back to me and does NOT fix it or it gets fixed for a week or so then my purchases are gone. I have purchased over 500 graphic bundles!!! My Credits do the same thing! My account is my account is mine. As are my credits. There must be someone there that can fix this. I am trying to see the $ Deals now going on. As a plus member I get 24 hours to make purchases. It goes to the page but no place to click on. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service!

I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues with your account and subscription. After reviewing your previous messages, I can see that you have two accounts—one with an active subscription and one without.
Each time you reach out, we’ve been removing the account without the subscription to prevent confusion. However, it seems that a second account keeps being recreated, possibly due to saved login details in your web browser. To avoid this, please ensure you're logging in with your account not linked to the email starting with "fudge," as your subscription is tied to the other one.

I signed up with Design Bundles a year…
I signed up with Design Bundles a year ago and their graphics were great - one my "go to" places when I was looking for a specific design. I have no idea what changed or what they did - but I am a Plus Member and I cannot find anything - and mean NOTHING that I would put or use on any of my products. I have requesed a refund for my rescent membership renewal. This is not the platform that I signed up for a year ago - and I won't be wasting my time with digging through whatever sloppy leftovers are available after the changes that they have made.

Promotes only their own stuff and if you are not one of theirs, the subscription payment of customers does not apply to your store and you therefore get zero sales. Ruined my whole business.

This is bad
This is bad. They used to have all creators. Now they have AI generated bot content on plus pro membership. And with that you only get that bot content, but not stuff from actual creators. And a creator I know who used to sell a lot of stuff there says she cant sell anymore, because that pro plus stuff is literally everywhere, and her items dont even show up on new / popular etc lists. This is so incredibly discriminatory to creators and for customers paying over 200 USD a year for bot stuff that is a huge NO.

Hi Karina, contrary to the information you have written here, I can confirm that bots don't generate content for our marketplace or subscription, and any subscribers have access to a vast library of designs, fonts and other products all made by our designers who earn from the digital products they create.
Our designers sometimes do use AI generation to help them create products, and this is highlighted to make sure any customers who have views on this can make an educated choice.
Subscription fees do vary depending on the tier of membership chosen and also include a range of design tools customers can use to bring their own ideas to life and discounts on other purchases.

Membership wrongfully canceled and plus point removed
I had a membership and have had it for almost 2 years.
I recently was requested to update payment information.
This caused my membership to get canceled and i lost 358 plus credits by this happening
I got an email by Kathleen and she set me up with a bronze membership but did not reinstate my 358 plus credits.
I inquired on this and my membership was canceled again.
I get little to no response from anyone to get this fixed. I am feeling like it is never getting fixed and no one is communicating with me.

Creative Fabrica is 1000 times better
Creative Fabrica is 1000 times better! This subscription service is expensive and has a small library in comparison.
I signed up and did my best to find 10 items I could download and use for my business. Unfortunately the library is so limited and the quality is horrible that I was not able to spend the the 10 credits. Then today I was billed another month subscription. I really wish I would have unsubscribed and lost the "credits" on the account. What a waste of $20....dang it.!

Amazing customer service!
Today I ran into difficulty accessing my Design Bundles account. It was a payment issue that I was previously unaware of and could not resolve on my own. Shortly after messaging Design Bundles directly on their Facebook Messenger account, Kristy reached out to me. She was extremely helpful, and amazing at problem solving my issue. My account has been fully restored, without any loss of files purchased, and all of my Plus credits are intact. THANK YOU for such amazing customer service. I truly enjoy working with this company. Trying to buy some $1 deals
Trying to buy some $1 deals. Get to checkout and it doesn’t offer me the option of using my credit card that is on file. I do not feel that I should have to put my information in again, as it is already on file. Since all of the changes, there is no way to get someone to help. Their canned email response is “we will get back to you in 48 hoursl. Very helpful when the $1 deals are only for 24 hours as after party.

I would give a better review but..
I would like to give a much better review, their artwork is top notch and I've been a faithful plus gold member for quite some time. However, in recent weeks they've had an issue that has left me unable to login and access any of my purchases.
I've tried resetting my password. Which, for the most part goes well initially. I am able to receive the reset email and am then told by a page that my password was reset successfully. However, when I attempt to login with my new password, the sign on page tells me my login info is incorrect. I've done this three times now and am growing quite frustrated.
I've also tried logging in with my google and Facebook accounts, which accept my initial login info. However, I get blocked by the DesignBundles site asking me to check my email for another final verification link. This link never shows up (which is especially upsetting as I now the problem is not on my end, since I received the reset password emails, and yes, I have checked spam)
I have tried everything, clearing my cookies.
Three different browsers, safari, edge, and chrome
with no luck.
I have contacted support but not heard back and am at my wits end. I hope they will fix this issue in the future as I've easily spent a couple hundred dollars here and would Like to be able to continue to my membership in the future (especially since it on autorenew and at this rate I can't even login to cancel it).

I'm a newbie to all of this. Once I got the hang of the site and how to navigate (which was much easier than I was making it at first) I fell head over heels in love. I no longer spend time on FB as I would rather be looking over all the things this site has to offer. Love it!!!
